Shadow BlackWood and cards relationated to him

Before start the cards, i am going to tell YOU some of the Shadow story.

He was the first prota(protagonist) of an story that i and my friend have made that isnt only stupid jokes, personal puns, ecci, references, and nonsense things, like " i was walking and em.... EVERYONE EXPLODED"

"Yeah! Its perfect!"

Also, his story is the most long story, and his world is the world with more important characters, so i prefer if Shadow is the first.

PD: Shadow is subdivided in 3 cause this story have almost 12 argumentistical arcs, but only in 3 diferent points he change in an awesome level.

PD 2: every character have an description of its apareance and powers down the card.

Effect:

Once per turn, you can target one enemy card, destroy it and summon an Cryogeny Token (lv1aqua water ?atk ?def), the token will have half of the atk and half of the def of the destroyed monster. During your oponent end phase tribute the token and summon the destroyed monster.

Once per turn, you can discard 1 and take 1000 lp damage, your oponent cannot conduct their next battle phase.

 

Shadow is... special, he is very serious, he dont like womans or mans in "that" sense, he doesnt like reveal its emotions, he is so smart.

He have one robotycal leg, cause he lose one of its legs in an explosion, he have an jumper with an icon of one great zhonyas inside, he have one gauntlet that allow he to use cryomagic and control the water, he have the ability of see the past of the people while are dreaming, and as last, he have an golden brasalet that allow he to do an spell similar to Bard R.

Effect:

Activate only if Shadow BlackWood is on the field.

If this card is destroyed take 3000 damage.

During each standby phase, every non-water monster lose 500 atk and def, and every water monster gain 500 atk and def, and if have 5 or more water monster cards on the field, both players draw a card.

 

The favorite spell of Shadow, Frozen Tomb, work like this:

In the story, Shadow make an cristal of pure ice, and, cause his temperature, ice start to grow in all directions, reducing the powers of the oponents and leaving the victory in the hand to Shadow.

Activate only if Shado BlackWood is on the field.

Discard one card and see the enemy hand until the end phase.

Activate only if Shadow BlackWood is on the field.

Until your next standby phase, cards cannot be destroyed.

 

Its seems a bit crazy, but why not?

Its an powerfull spell of Shadow, he usually use it to save their friends when their are about to die or to lock an enemy

 

Circle of Destiny

If one of your cards will be destroyed, discard 1 card, banish that card and the card that will destroy your card, negate the destruction and add both cards to your hand during the end phase of this turn, but your opponent draw 1 card.

 

Yes, i notice that i dont have put an"if you control an..." but i cannot can say the cause whithout spoilling you so... it will be like this.

In the story, when Shadow is in problems, an red circle appears in he, and after 3 seconds, the circle teleport he and his friend to an random location.

 

Cryomancer Spell: Ice Wall

You can only activate or resolve this card effect if Shadow BlackWood, FA is on the field.

During your standby phase, discard any number of cards, target an equal number of cards on your side of the field, put an Ice Wall counter on every card targeted.

If an card with an Ice Wall counter will be destroyed, remove one Ice Wall counter on it instead.

 

This, almost to me, seems really overpowered, but i, cause i am an yugioh player from an old format, prefer if YOU judge that.

An basic abilitie of Shadow, one of the most used, its really easy imaginate an black rose dragon exploding and then, Shadow apear, creating an ice wall protecting everyone and saving the day.

This spell is also used by the "first" Shadow, the other are too agresive and dont use spells like this.

Also, if you dont have noticed it, This Shadow is an utility hero, he dont apear whith an huge sword and save the day, he leave the victory to its friends by supporting them.

 

In this post in i have try to "plasmar" ( dunno the translate of that) the powers of Shadow in cards, so let me an review if you liked it or have any sugerences

Also i have done this on my phone, cause my computer is broken, so the quality is bad and i am working for fix it, and my phone, when i open translate, eliminate this page T_T

In my opinion, I don't think these cards are overpowered at all in this current meta. 

 

[spoiler=Shadow Blackwood]

They seem balanced since most of them have a condition, I.E. "If you control Shadow Blackwood"

Also, since Blackwood is a 7 star, it would take awhile to get him out too.

 

 

 

[spoiler=Circle of Destiny]

 

I think the only card that seem different from the rest is "Circle of Destiny"

This card can be put in to any other archetype, so I think that might need to be worked on, unless you wanted it to go into any archetype.

A way to format it would be 

 

"If a card that specifically lists the card "Shadow Blackwood" would be destroyed"...

 

or something like that, just a way though, don't think too much into it.

 

 

 

 

other than that, I think that its a fair and balanced, not too overpowered archetype. Nice work

Thanks bro, also this isnt an archetype, i will do something weird.

Each important hero have a lot of habilities, so some of it are in the base eff, and the others in supp cards, also, i will make an BlackWood support, cause they are an family of heros and the support will make similar BlackWoods (example, equip dependants) work together.

Circle of Destiny is...... complicated, i dont know if guide by their lore or by how broken is.
