Equip Spell Card.

The equipped monster's ATK is halved. If this card leaves the field: You can discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. During your Draw Phase: You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand instead of conducting your Normal Draw. You can only activate this effect of "Malicious Bouquet" once per turn.

This combos really well with Fairy Tail - Rella.

Almost too well.

I honestly think having the 'leave the field' effect be discarding a card in your opponent's hand for uh, something so simple just seems like it's asking for a busted loop.

I'm not exactly a master at coming up with combos like that, but it's very abusable. As an Equip Spell with no cost, when it's bounced, you can just activate it again.

Also, you can skip your Draw Phase and add it back if your opponent stops the loop somehow. Not something that particularly matters in the context of the loop, but it's neat.

I think what you tried to do was dissuade the opponent from dealing with the equip/reward you for equipping to an opponent's monster and attacking over it? But in practice, people are just going to try and loop their opponent.

As a florist... I love this sinister concept. :P

Now about the effect: I love it... You can be mean and use Swords at Dawn (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Swords_at_Dawn) to get multiple uses off its discard effect and potentially off a monster and the plus side is the discard is guaranteed (because Dawn destroys it at End Phase).

Additionally, you can use Foolish Burial Goods to get it in the grave to ready for it's recycling effect.

I suggest to extent the hard OPT to the discarding effect as well. Otherwise, as mentioned above, one could find a way to loop the card a couple of times to get rid of the opponent's hand in a single turn and pretty much win the duel right there by limiting the opponent's resources. Could very well be abused into an pseudo-FTK like Wind-Up Hunter's hand-kill loop of past times.
