When this card is activated: You can discard 1 card, and if you do; draw 1 card. When you Normal Summon a WATER monster: Place 1 Atlantic counter on this card. Once per turn: You can remove 2 Atlantic counters from this card, and if you do; Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can place 1 "Ruins of Atlantis" from your Deck into your Field Spell Zone. Name: Ruins of Atlantis Type: Field Spell Effect: All WATER monsters on the field gain 500 DEF. When a WATER monster you control is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Place 1 Atlantic counter on this card. Once per turn: You can remove 2 Atlantic counters from this card, and if you do; Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your hand. The reason I suggested these was because I believe it to be quite difficult to continuously stack countersbefore the opponent can interrupt.
