[spoiler=Atlantis Arisen]

Along with Placing "Ruins of Atlantis" into your field spell zone, maybe it could

also place it's counters onto it.

"When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can place 1 "Ruins of Atlantis" from your Deck into your Field Spell Zone, and if you do, for every Atlantic counter that were on this card, place 1 Atlantic counter on "Ruins of Atlantis".

Same thing as Atlantis Arisen,

"When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can place 1 "Atlantis Arisen" from your Deck into your Field Spell Zone, and if you do, for every Atlantic counter that were on this card, place 1 Atlantic counter on "Atlantis Arisen".

The reason I suggested these was because I believe it to be quite difficult to continuously stack counters

before the opponent can interrupt.
