Make a Synchro Monster Game (v. 2.0)

I made the requirements less restrictive a while back, and you can give up to two [2] of the following, not just the materials. (Just so I can keep it uniform with the Xyz and Link games).

So yeah, the Level 4 or higher WATER monster prompt basically tells you what Attribute and Level range you need to do, but the rest is up to you. (Feel free to make a generic or something else).

Level 7 - WATER - Beast-Warrior/Synchro/Effect
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters
When this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Monsters your opponent controls whose Levels and Ranks are equal or lower than this card's Level cannot activate their effects during the turn they are Summoned. Until the end of the 4th turn this card was Summoned, it gains 300 ATK/DEF during each of your Standby Phases.

(Yes, this is an old card from before my modship, but to illustrate what you can do with the specs.)

It was WATER and Level 4 or higher, but now I'm doing it.

 

Triton, Lord of the Sea

Level 6

WATER Sea Serpent / Synchro / Effect

2500 / 1800

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card gains 200 ATK for each other WATER monster you control. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster, then target 1 card on the field: Destroy it.

 

Include the word "Doot" in the name.

Superheavy Samurai Emperor Jimmu

EARTH - Level 11 - Machine/Synchro/Effect - 3000/4000

1 "Superheavy Samurai" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this monster is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy monsters your opponent controls whose combined DEF is less than or equal to the combined DEF of all "Superheavy Samurai" monsters you control, and if you do, banish them. This monster can attack in Defense Position, using its DEF for damage calculation. If there are no Spell/Trap Cards in your Graveyard, monsters you control are unaffected by the effects of your opponent's Spell/Trap Cards.

 

1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT monsters

(If you can, make it a part of the "Platune" archetype, whose naming scheme is puns and portmanteaus based on music and the military, and they're very battle-based)

It would probably help if you linked it, so we have an idea. I may be in AGM, but I don't remember what's in there off the top of my head.

Neither player can Special Summon monsters, except LIGHT monsters. Once per turn: You can add 1 LIGHT Fairy monster or 1 Counter Trap Card from your Deck or GY to your hand. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can activate 1 Counter Trap Card from your hand. 

 

(Partial SR05 support, but yeah...)

Violinfantry is the LIGHT tech card in the AGM. Essentially their bag is having lots of effects that trigger on the field, so that their bosses (Sergeant Song Dragon and Admiral Ballad Dragon) can attack epic boatloads of times, because they gain extra hits in on your opponent if a LIGHT monster effect activates on the field. There's a reason I blocked Lightsworn a while ago- Platune OTK during the End Phase of all things.

Monsters you control cannot be returned to your hand, or shuffled into your Deck, except "Trunade Emperor". During either player's turn, you can target 1 face-up card on the field and 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field: Return the first target to its owner's hand, and destroy the second target (These targets must be on opposite sides of the field). You can only activate this effect of "Trunade Emperor" once per turn.

If this card is used for a Synchro Summon, the Summoned monster gains this effect:
