Mecha Phantom Beast Shangyriker

For this card's Synchro Summon, you can treat 1 Token monster you control as a Tuner monster. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast Token" (Level 3 / WIND / Machine / ATK 0 / DEF 0). Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects while you control a Token. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 Token; banish 1 card your opponent controls, face-down.

General idea is to enable you to go into Level 10s in the Deck with 1 Token up without having to actually run Impala or whatever Level 3 Tuner (yes, Hamstrat exists too so also include 4). I may need to check on the rulings for if you would do this (would the non-Token MPB minus 3 Levels when using a MPB Token, or would retain even then.)

 

If the former, I'll reduce this to a Level 7 with 25/20. Otherwise, I suppose it can stay as-is.

Any Synchro can be viable nowadays if you make it a Tuner :v

Titan's Bottle Rocket

If this card is Special Summoned: Destroy all cards in this card's column, and inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each of their cards destroyed this way. If exactly 5 cards are destroyed by this effect: Draw 3 cards instead of 1 during your next Draw Phase. During your Standby Phase, you can banish 1 Pyro-Type monster from your Graveyard: Special Summon this card from your Graveyard (you can only activate this effect of this card's name once per turn).

 

Combine and update the effects of two monsters that used to be meta in the DM/GX era, on a body equal to both theirs put together (say, for example, if you combine Parshath and Magician of Faith, you've got a 2200 body that both recoups Spells and gets you card advantage somehow)

Since I wasn't playing or knowing what ygo was at that time, I made one by using that time's "boss monsters" of two powerful archetypes.

 

Dark Destiny HERO Cyber Plasma (Cyberdark Dragon+Destiny HERO Plasma)

DARK/Machine/Level 8/Synchro/Effect

1 Tuner+ 2+ Machine and/or Warrior non-Tuners

Negate the effects of all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. When this monster is Special Summoned, select 1 monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card (you can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect). This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the equipped cards' ATK and DEF. This card gains 100 ATK for each Monster Card in your Graveyard. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.

This card is also always treated as a Warrior monster.

For this card's Synchro Summon, the Tuner and non-Tuner monsters must have different Attributes from each other. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to half its ATK.

 

Sea Serpents are usually WATER, but now you have it as a FIRE burning stuff.

If this card would be destroyed by a card effect (Quick Effect): You can destroy 1 card equipped to it; Negate the effect, and if you do, destroy that card.

Twin-Headed Masked Python

EARTH - Level 8 - Reptile/Synchro/Effect - 2000/2500

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Reptile-Type monsters

If your LP is higher than your opponent's, this card gains ATK equal to the difference. This card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters per Battle Phase. If all monsters used for this card's Synchro Summon were Reptile-Type, and this card attacks: Draw 1 card for every 5 Reptile-Type monsters in your Graveyard, then gain 200 LP for each card in your hand. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can pay 1000 LP: Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.

 

There aren't enough good Reptiles to find any sort of focus with the Type, so I made a finisher (since Reptiles kinda struggle with finishing off the opponent without relying on topdecks).

 

Make an evolved form of the above, I dare you.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: Gain 300 LP for each Reptile monster in your GY. If your LP are higher than your opponent's, this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the difference. This card can make 1 attack on each of your opponent's monsters during the Battle Phase. If "Twin-Headed Masked Python" was used for this card's Synchro Summon, and this card attacks: Draw 1 card for every 3 Reptile monsters in your GY, then gain 300 LP for each card in your hand. If this card is sent from the field to the GY, during either players turn: Special Summon 1 "Twin Headed Masked Python" from your GY.

Give you an LP boost to start with, bump up the LP gain throughout, and give it slightly more attack power. Seems good to me.

● If your Synchro Monster whose original Level is 9 is destroyed by battle or an opponent's card effect while this card is in your GY: You can banish 1 other Zombie monster from your GY, and if you do, Special Summon this card.
● If this card is Special Summoned from the GY: You can banish a number of cards your opponent controls, up to the number of other "Mayakashi" monsters you control with different names. 

● You can target up to 2 "Mayakashi" monsters with different names in your GY; Special Summon those targets. You cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "Mayakashi" monsters.

 

And now you have more ways to trigger sheet in the Deck.

When this card is Synchro summoned: you can set one Trap card from your deck and, if you do, you can't set monsters until your next end phase. When a non-Zombie monster would be sent to the graveyard: the turn's player flips a coin and if the result is cross, apply the next effect: banish that monster. When this card would be sent to the Graveyard or banished: you can discard 2 cards (your entire hand, if less), then special summon this card during the next standby phase.

Monster: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can make either your or your opponent's LP become 4000. If you would take any effect damage from an opponent's card effect: You instead gain LP equal to the amount you would have lost. If any of your face-up monsters would be destroyed, you can banish 1 Equip Spell Card from your Graveyard instead.
