Must first be Synchro Summoned using the above Materials. If a Dragon-Type Synchro monster Tributes or banishes itself to activate its effect, you can Special Summon that monster from your Graveyard or Banished Zone, and if you do, your opponent's monster effects cannot activate for the rest of the turn, also those monsters cannot attack (you can only activate this effect of "Gleaming Stardust Emperor Dragon" once per turn). If your opponent would negate the Summon, attack, or effect of a "Stardust" monster, or "Shooting Star Dragon", you can banish this monster until the End Phase: Negate that negation (this effect can activate in response to the activation of a Counter Trap Card).

IDK, it should have been intuitive. But admittedly I was thinking on a Fusion when I wrote the requirements xD

Level: 11
ATK: 3100
DEF: 2300

This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each Union monster and Equip Spell in your Graveyard. Unaffected by your opponent's card effects while there is a face-up Equip Card on the field. Once per turn: You can reveal 3 Equip Spell Cards and/or Union monsters from your Deck, add 1 of them to your hand, and shuffle the rest back into the Deck. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can target the attacking monster; banish this card, and if you do, negate that attack. During the next End Phase: Special Summon this card banished by this effect.
