What is the Chandelier Guy?

Info: This Shy Guy is usually seen hanging from ropes and carrying a heavy chandelier, pretty nifty indeed. For those reasons, they are called the Chandelier Guy or Chandeli-Ho.

The inspiration for creating this card is a swift Shy Guy that is capable of removing and carrying objects from the field like a "Bungee Zombie" from PvZ thus making the rope contraption useful...

Name: Chandelier Guy

<WARRIOR/EFFECT>

Attribute: WIND

Level: ** (2)

Lore:

"You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Shy Guy" from your Graveyard. This card's name is also treated as "Shy Guy" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 monster from the field.You can pay 500 LP; banish 1 monster from the field. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field."

ATK/DEF: 850/1850

The idea for this card's use is when countering against monster(s) with insanely strong stats and those which cannot be destroyed by battle/effect, but vulnerable to banish, plus it is quick and easy to summon and can clear up the way for a direct attack...

Non-targeting, non-destruction removal is a really strong asset, capable of dealing with nearly any kind of boss monster which comes with protection from one or the other nowadays. If that kind of effect was printed on a boss monster in itself or anything with summoning conditions, nobody would bat an eyelid. But on something that is easily Summoned and can remove up to 2 monsters on its own? That's a bit too strong. There will be no reason not to run it in any deck as a form of removal that's incredibly difficult to play around.

Dial down on the strength of the effect. I'd suggest keeping it only to an on-Summon effect and making it target.

I suggest you limit its first banishing ability to only when it's Special Summoned by its own effect. That way, it's not quite as easy to use that effect. The second one seems unusually easy, too. Maybe if that was a "once while this card is on the field" effect, it wouldn't be such an overbearing force.

Edit: That art tho
