​The new Dinosaur Structure Deck is gonna come out soon (Dinosmasher's Fury, http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dinosmasher's_Fury_Structure_Deck),so I thought why not make it better by taking an old classic card, retraining it so that it fits the Deck. So basically I did to Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo what most people do to fossils in Pokémon games and "restored him", but I kinda also did something like whatever was done to the Pokémon Genesect.

Effect: FLIP: Destroy all monsters on the field that were Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, except Dinosaur-Type monsters or monsters that used Dinosaur-Type monsters for their Summon.
If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can take 2 Dinosaur-Type Normal Monsters from your Deck, then apply 1 of these effects;
● Send them to the Graveyard, and draw 2 cards.
● Special Summon them, but you cannot Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Dinosaur-Type monsters.
You can only use each effect of "Armed Dyna Blast Pachycephalo" once per turn.

The Flip effect seems pretty alright given it's a Flip effect and, by default, kinda slow.

 

The first option for the sent to Grave(from anywhere) effect is a little bit silly, though; you go +1 at minimum. That's kinda dumb, and the Normal Dino mill isn't as much of a cost as you'd think, since you can very easily summon them back out and make Laggia/Dolkka(which the second option won't allow you to do).

 

Other than that though, it seems fine. Just make the draw effect only 1 card or draw 2 and discard 1, at least.

I like the flavor on this card: Dyna brought back through science and technology!

I kinda expected the Special Summon lock from Fossil Dyna, but benefiting Dinos somehow, but nothing like that is there, so that's fine.

I also like how as a Flips gets some support, like being searchable by Spirit of Fall Wind and Coirnorma, for whatever that's worth xD

 

An issue I spot on the card is in the last effect of summoning the vanilla Dinos: By limiting to the Summon of only Dinos afterwards severely hurt their options, since, you know, the go-to Rank4s for Dinos, the Evolzars, are actually Dragons. In fact, IIRC there isn't any Rank4 Dino you could Summon with those monsters; you would have to wait for the next turn.

 

I agree the "Draw 2" effect is kinda greedy and too rewarding for a card that you could very well mill through Foolish Burial for the +2. I suggest to make it a 1-card draw to keep it in check.

 

That, or you could make the float condition less flexible, because at is stands you can mill or also discard it and get a noteworthy profit from it.
