It just felt right including Timaeus as a Summoning method.

This card's name becomes "Gaia the Dragon Champion" while face-up on the field. Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase, you can target 1 Attack Position monster your opponent controls: This card gains ATK equal to the difference between that target's ATK and DEF, also, flip that target into face-down Defense Position. If you discard a card(s) using the effect of a Spell Card, you can target 1 monster in your Graveyard whose ATK is less than this card's: Special Summon that target.

 

Thematically, this thing can run over PUGM by becoming 3100 and flipping it face-down to do exactly 100 damage with the help of Spiral Spear Strike. Then you revive something with less than 3100 ATK, which is probably most of your Deck.

 

I don't care what it is, as long as its ATK is exactly 4050.

It functions a bit like a very slightly stronger version of Relinquished but with some decent Synchro support. Also, “Eyes Restrict” support.
