Decided to take a hint from one of the more unique Fusions of a Divine-Beast-holding Deck.

Sacred Beast Slime

WATER/Aqua-Type Fusion Effect Monster/Level 10/3000 ATK/3000 DEF

 

Lore: "Phantasmal Martyrs" + "Fallen Paradise"

Must be Special Summoned (from the Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards from your hand or GY (you do not use "Polymerization".). All Level 10 monsters you control cannot be targeted by card effects. If this card is Special Summoned: You can place up to 3 Continuous Spell/Trap Cards directly from your Deck in your Spell & Trap Zones face-up, but negate their effects. If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", or "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" from your Deck or GY, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
 
 
NEXT UP: 
 
This time, let's go for a Fusion Monster who, in the same vein as Parasite Queen, that has a monster that can already be treated as a substitute for a Fusion Material, as 1 of the Fusion specifically listed Fusion Materials. The catch? None of its Fusion Materials can be a monster with "Fusion" in its name. (That includes the Hex-Sealed Fusions, too).

Overlord of the Swamp

WATER - Level 9 - Aqua/Fusion/Effect - 2700/2100

"King of the Swamp" + 1 or more Special Summoned monsters

If you Fusion Summon a Fusion monster using only monsters on the field as Material: Draw 1 card, then, if the drawn card contains the word "Fusion" in its card text, you can reveal that drawn card: Destroy 1 card on the field. During the End Phase, if a monster(s) was Fusion Summoned this turn, you can target a number of "Polymerization" or "Fusion" Spell Cards with different names in either player's Graveyard, up to the number of monsters Fusion Summoned this turn: Add them to your hand. If this card is destroyed on the field, or sent from the field to the Graveyard as Fusion Material: You can Special Summon 1 Fusion monster from your Graveyard. You can only activate this effect of "Overlord of the Swamp" twice per turn.

Fun fact, that draw effect's secondary pop will trigger not only off of any card that performs a Fusion Summon (including non-"Fusion" Fusion cards, like Power Bond and Frightfur Factory), but also Fusion substitute monsters (Goddess, Versago, another King of the Swamp), and cards that specifically interact with Fusion monsters (Cyber-Stein, Fusion Weapon, etc).

 

Also, yes, this is the easiest Super Poly Summon in history.

 

Create a Fusion that blends the effects of two or more Equip centric monsters, whose Materials are flexible (based on Level, Attribute, Type, monster category like Ritual) but can include the monsters whose effects you stole.

Cannot be tributed or used as Fusion Material. During the End Phase, if this is the only monster you control, you can take 1 Equip Spell from your Deck and either: Equip it to this card OR: Add it to your hand. This card can attack 1 additional time for each Equip Spell equipped to this card.

Level 2 - DARK - Fairy/Fusion/Effect - 0/2000

2+ Normal Summoned DARK monsters

This card gains 1000 ATK for each Fusion Material used to Fusion Summon this card. Once per turn, at the start of the damage step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: you can make that opponent's monster lose ATK equal to half it's current ATK and increase this card's ATK by the same amount until the end of this turn. DARK monsters on either side of the field cannot be destroyed by battle.

(Shouldn't be too busted, but should be good enough to hold it's own~ Lemme know what u think)

Ultimate Gate Guardian

Level 11 - DARK - Machine / Fusion / Effect - 3750 ATK / 3400 DEF

7 Effect, Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, XYZ, Pendulum, or Link Monsters

This card can only be Fusion Summoned while you have exactly 7 monsters in your GY and no cards in your hand. Once these requirements have been met, you can banish 7 monsters from your GY face-down (Quick Effect): Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck as a Fusion Summon. This card's Fusion Summon cannot be negated and cards/effects cannot be activated in response to it. This card is unaffected by any card effects. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate the effects of monsters that are anyhow similar in Type of Monster Card (Effect/Fusion/etc), Name, Type, or Attribute to the monsters banished to Fusion Summon this card.

 

There it goes, I think I met your requirements.

 

Next: Create a Fusion Monster that does not use materials to be Fusion Summoned, but drains some kind of material from your Hand/Deck/GY while it's on the field.

Unaffected by the effects of cards, except Fusion Monster cards. If you control a card with "Glut the Orange" in its original name: This card is unaffected by Continuous Spell cards. If you control a card with "Slot the Green" in its original name: This card is unaffected by Continuous Trap cards.

Unaffected by the effects of cards, except Continuous Trap Cards.

Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can change this card to face-down Defense Position.
 
 
NEXT UP: 
 
In the same vein as "Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon", let's make a Fusion whose Fusion Materials are less numbers of the Fusion Materials its larger form (that has to exist in TCG/OCG) requires, that is also 2 Levels lower than that monster. The catch? It can't be a LIGHT monster.

Create a Fusion that exists primarily as a Fusion Conscription target (its Materials must be named monsters that you want in your hand om your opponent's turn).

If this card is Fusion Summoned, you can target 1 banished "Synchron" monster or "Synchron" monster in your GY: Equip it to this card.  If a monster(s) is Tributed: You can equip 1 of those monsters to this card.  This card gains ATK/DEF equal to half the ATK/DEF of all monsters equipped to it.  If this card inflicts battle damage or leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon as many of the monsters equipped to this card as possible, and if you do, you can immediately Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster using any number of the Summoned monsters as Synchro Materials.

or a generic Fairy Fusion that makes your opponent draw cards.
