I'm going to modify the requirements a bit, since otherwise you have to run more than 2 monsters to summon it.

Here you go. A Link that takes advantage of how easy it is for Tuners to hit the field (we do have multiple Tuners that Special Summon other Tuners, after all), and forms a symbiotic relationship with both Synchros and "/Assault Mode" monsters.

(Well, this card technically requires you to have this Link Summoned and stuff to be of any real threat, but use enough Attributes and it provides enough protection/destruction.)
