Meh, we get what it's supposed to do.

 

Destiny HERO - Linker

When this card is Link Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "HERO" monster from your GY, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You can only use this effect of "Destiny HERO - Linker" once per turn. Once, while this card is face-up on the field: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; when this card leaves the field, destroy the targeted monster.

Make it support Beast or Beast-Warrior monsters in some way.

Once per turn, if a monster is Special Summoned (Quick Effect): You can target 1 monster directly or indirectly linked to this card, and that Summoned monster; Tribute the first target, and if you do, Set the second target.

 

Decided to go on the experimental side by making it require Set monsters, which shouldn't be impossible to do since, unlike Synchros or Xyzs, Links don't need specific Levels unless their requirements ask for them. Also Links cannot be Set so there is no conflict with not knowing the Rating of the monster for laddering purposes.

Also, by "indirectly linked" it refers to a monster that it is not directly next to it, but still linked through it by an intermediary, For instance, if you have this linked to, let's say, Proxy Dragon, and Proxy Dragon has a monster next to it, then you can Tribute that last monster for this card's effect. Co-links aren't needed.

Also, the effect is worded to be able to Tribute opponent's monsters as well.
