It attacks mainly by throwing snowballs to freeze its targets in their tracks. Snow Guys wears headphones and warm Eskimo like outfits to survive the cold breeze of the mountains. The inspiration for creating this card is a Shy Guy that can freeze its opponents on their tracks, rendering them motionless.... Name: Snow Guy<WARRIOR/EFFECT>Attribute: WATERLevel: **** (2)Lore: "This card's name is also treated as "Shy Guy" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can place 1 "Snow Counter" on 1 face-up monster. The selected monster cannot declare an attack or change its battle position. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard; remove all Snow Counter(s) on the field."ATK/DEF: 1500/1800 The idea for this card's use is to prevent the opponent from attacking rapidly with their powerful monsters by freezing them in their tracks, to buy enough time to set up your defense and prepare for comeback.... Fruiota_Hiroshi
The freezing effect seems very effective, and it's countered by the fact that your opponent can get new monsters out during their turn (Tributing, Tuning, and Overlaying would be best for the opponent to get rid of the frozen monsters while getting something better). ♪ ♪Aria ♪ ♪
Thank you for your comment!Well, the freezing effect is made to be easily applied and flexible, and arguably useful against powerful monsters to prevent them from launching frequent attacks, but can easily be countered on low level monsters, just like you mentioned. Another use of this card is to freeze your own monsters like "Big Shield Gardna" to prevent it from switching to their weak state, thus forming some sort of wall of defense.. That's all I need to say, and artwork coming right up!
