Effect(s): This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. When the equipped monster is destroyed, Special Summon this card as a Normal Monster. This card's ATK and DEF become equal to that equipped monster's.

I don't see why you would bother sending this card to the graveyard if you're just going to equip it on to a monster anyway. I suggest you reveal this card instead to prevent it from moving around everywhere. That would also prevent it from being banished by cards like Masked HERO Dark Law.

 

Also, the fact that it can be any DARK monster is a bit concerning. For example, you could get out Grapha with ease, and then if Grapha is destroyed, you can Summon basically another 2700 beat stick. Maybe if you limited the qualifications further (like make a Level cap or have the monster be a Zombie-type DARK monster), then it wouldn't be so easy for so many decks to use it.
