For the same reason that you can activate Torrential Tribute as Chain Link 2yet another reason destructive draw is just better. it doesn't miss timing so long as the conditions are met. seriously though, this card is outclassed by practically every other meme card in existence. hell, even card of sanctity, an absolutely terrible card, outclasses this, by virtue of it's cost actually working with some other effects. i would love to see somebody actually use this card and pull a game or two with it though.
