When this card is Link Summoned, you can target 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your graveyard: Special Summon the targeted card to your side of the field in face-up defence position, then, its Level becomes 1 and its ATK and DEF become 0.

Link 2 - "Link Coder" + 1 Level 4 or lower Monster - Min 2.

Must be Link Summoned with the following Link Materials and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, during either players turn: you can target 1 monster linked to this card, increase this cards ATK equal to the original ATK of the targeted monster until the End Phase that turn.

So in a basic sense of Link Monsters these are like the Link versions of Junk Synchron and Junk Warrior where Link Coder is a generic link 1 for Level 4 or Lower Monsters that can revive a monster without negating its effects instead making its Level 1 (to avoid general Xyz/Synchro abuse) and drops its ATK and DEF to 0, then, following from it we have Link Fighter which similar to Junk Warrior requires its mini form in order to become its stronger form and in addition can gain ATK from a monster its linked to until the end of that turn.
