Yeah, it makes Sangan and Witch searchable and millable, but not much you can do after that. If only Conscription didn't entirely lock the searched card. You could try with Reserve I guess, but of course you will have to wait a turn for it.

 

I don't really see how Instant Fusion would break it if it was Level5. What I'm missing? If it's for the typing, there is already Winda.

I was thinking of ways to get Witch rapidly in Shaddolls (where you can fusion it away), but you could make use of it in Metalphosis if you'd like to search HT/Jowgen

Not really. Actually I have been testing Dark Renewal in Shaddolls to grab Witch, so it would be hypocritical from me to reject Traps for being slow when I play them myself.

Have you considered Dark Magic Veil in Shaddolls. 1 Stack, non-targeting summon from hand/grave

Forgot that card existed. It looks decent on paper, but in practice... IDK, for the purposes of Witch-searching, you would have to get in the grave first. Reviving stuff like Winda may be appealing, though. But Dark Renewal can also revive DARK Spellcasters without targeting.

Time locked trap that needs to send a card to the grave to summon though. DMV is a spell that just works on demand. If we're looking for MD True-Draco outs, we might as well consider Beelzeus. They can't really get over it. It pays you back LP. 

 

2 (falco) + 2 monsters to make 8

 

Could be 4 & 4 (Monk/Witch/Geddon) or 5/3 (Winda/Beast/Math/Hedge)

 I feel like you are jumping through hoops at that point just to deal with Master Peace and True Dracos. You may as well play Kaijus instead.

Might as well just side 2 Brain Control instead. I was thinking it'd make life for Kozmo a bit harder too

 


 

Real talk thought, this is likely somewhat better in the eventual Plasma Goat deck I make cause of Prisma

This seems like a great card on paper for those uses, but the problem is that Sangan isn't a necessarily good card anyway. In Exodia or something, maybe, but otherwise I don't consider it too strong. Just the fact that you have to get it on the field and then get it into the Graveyard seems like a hassle for 2 cards in hand + 1 card in Extra. Unless you really need sangan, it seems gimmicky

 

Although I must admit, if we ever get to a slow format this could be powerful. That's about 6 max copies of Sangan in a Deck.
