I recommend moving it to side.)-1 BTH (Not a lot of monsters this format will be summoned with 1500 ATK with the exception of Invoked or Infernoids, but odds are that you'll see more Zoos and Paleo and there are better traps to run)-1 Leanchoilia (You're not running Pot of Desires so 2 may be more risky to play. It's useless first turn and it's best used after a Opabinia search so 1 is fine enough)-2 Pikaia (Pikaia is pretty useless most of the time but since you don't have stuff like Desires or Demises then you can decide to cut it) +2-3 Back Jack (Very helpful card only worth about a dollar atm. He can excavate through your traps and setup for you very well. If you had Card of Demise you'd have better odds of using this effect more)+2-3 Fiend Grieving (Assists in ditching Jack. It disrupts any graveyard-related play they do and you tutor off Jack)+2 Waboku (Very important old card you need for protection)+1 Lost Wind (It's best if you maximize the playset since the card refuels your Paleo plays and stops annoying stuff like Crystal Wing and Drident during your turn) I think that you might have to shell some cash to buy another Toadally at most to make this deck effective. There wil be a lot of times where summoning multiple is potent in grinding and returning other WATERs to hand other than Toad itself would be more possible.
