dedavii
I'm back, guys! After a good long break to deal with real life stuff, I've returned to make some possible cards for you guys. So, without further delay, let me show you my latest creation! The Big Red Button!Continuous TrapThis card's activation and effect cannot be negated. Once per turn, during either player's respected Standby Phase, the opposing player may choose to activate this card's effect:* Destroy all other cards on the field. The player that activates this effect will take 500 damage per card destroyed.
Guest BGMCANN0N
I think you can ask a mod to put this in the Casual Card Design for more potential input... I mean it isn't adding anything new to the current mechanic that the game can't handle. Anyhow, I really like this card. It makes both players think about how much they are going to invest on their field and whether or not the mass destruction is worth it. The only caveat I see is that you are primarily going to initially activate this when your opponent unknowingly invest too much of their cards onto the field just to get everything destroyed which is in short one-sided (if you know for sure that you can take the aftershock damage, of course). The Nyx Avatar
I think the first effect's overkill. Its next effect is mass removal, with really no condition other than being the respective player's Standby Phase. Sure, that's a tad slow for you to use it at full value, but even then, I'd still say negation protection should be void. The last effect is a great outcome for the player that uses this card's effect, but I think you could change it to "The player that activates this effect loses 500 Life Points for each card destroyed". Powerful? Perhaps. But fun all the same. And when you're done, you could use Magic Planter to draw once you've destroyed.
MUDKIPISAWESOME!!!
Oh, look, trigger this and discard a certain Kuriboh, no damage!Concept's good, but Kuribohs can remove the cost assuming I'm not reading them wrong. Echoing the change to losing LP instead of taking damage.
