This card can attack your opponent directly. When an "Elemental Hero" monster you control declares a direct attack: You can negate that attack, and if you do, destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field.

Elemental Hero Flame Wingman

WIND, Level 6

Warrior/Fusion/Effect

"Elemental Hero Featherman" + 1 FIRE monster

Must first be Fusion Summoned. While face-up on the field, this card is also FIRE-Attribute. If this card battles an opponent's monster that has higher ATK than this card, it gains 1000 ATK during damage calculation only. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to that destroyed monster's ATK in the Graveyard.

ATK 2100/DEF 1200

Continuous Spell

Once per turn: You can reveal 1 "Antique Gear" monster in your hand; Special Summon 1 "Antique Gear Token" (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). If you Tribute Summon an "Antique Gear" monster, you can substitute this card for 1 Tribute. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Antique Gear" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Antique Gear Factory". You can only use this effect of "Antique Gear Factory" once per turn.

I would also make an alternate version of "Feather Shot" for your Featherman. Also, you've got a LOT of old HEROs to remake if you want to add that in as a real Avian remake like I'm assuming you are(good job btw, Avian sucks) - Phoenix Enforcer, Electrum, Tempest, Wild Wingman, and of course my personal all-time favorite HERO, Mariner.

You're also going to need to redo Skyscraper if you're planning on sticking with Flame Wingman's new effect, or else he can take out any monster with an ATK of up to 4k if you have Skyscraper out, then trigger his effect for a burn of the same high number.
