It's a strange card. Not as fast as Swords of Concealing Light, affects both sides and naturally you won't want to activate it if you don't have the biggest monster ATK-wise. Not to mention it won't affect Link Monsters, and doesn't lock the monsters face-down like Quaking Mirror Force does. But on the good side, it is chainable and can disrupt the opponent's summoning plays, so in a way it does have a niche but not sure if it's a card that would be preferred over other disruptive options.

IDK, suppose you can use it to soften your opponent's monsters and then pierce their LP, but yeah, it does require that you have the biggest monster on board. I'd have to agree with the above user that while it can lock off the opponent's summoning; stuff like Quaking is probably better (if it is restricted to Battle Phase only). As much as I want to say "let's reset all of the Flip Monsters on the field and recycle their effects", I think there are some Decks that already have internal supports to do so.

Guess you could use this in conjunction with Ultimate Conductor (w/out blowing stuff up if you lack anything), then do whatever, but think you'd rather use Concealing Light for that.

It's an okay interruption Trap Card. Though I think it could be a Quick-Play Spell Card instead, as more often than not, you'd activate this if your opponent has a boss or Extra Deck monster on their side of the field, plus it's slightly more tame than some other battle interruption Trap Cards, like some of the Mirror Force cards. But as it is now, it's okay.

Shadolls and different monsters with turn results might take complete gain of this. The best problem is that your opponent might be the only with the most powerful monster, so they might be able to deal a few harm via piercing or an effect that permits them to assault immediately.

You literally just paraphrased what I said...
