[Field Spell]

 

Once per turn: You can banish up to 10 cards from the top of your Deck, face-down. While you have no cards on your Deck Zone, you cannot draw cards. Once per turn, while you have no cards on your Deck Zone: You can activate 1 of these effects.

• Target up to 3 of your banished cards; return them to the Graveyard.
• Target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.
• Target 1 card in your Graveyard, except "The Edge of the World"; add it to your hand.

I don't know how common Deck out is nowadays, but yeah, this is nice for letting you retrieve dead cards and not force you to lose the duel since you can't draw. Will need to check on the rulings of this card vs Desires (and this) or whatever banishes face-down (think the card will change to face-up in the Graveyard once returned).

Shiranuis sure do love their banishing effects, and this would really benefit them.

 

My only suggestion is that you add an effect like what Oricalcos has, where it can't be destroyed once per turn. That way, you don't have to worry too much about having to risk decking out.
