It all started in Qingpong, China. A child born radiating a strange heat from their body, almost lighting their nursery in flames. Ever since that day, the supernatural has become rather natural. People around the world started being born, with special attributes that were quickly defined as: Quirks. These people grew up to be the first generation of vigilantes, and gave rise to the Hero Institution, where they worked as government officials around the world. Though their population was small at first, they grew in numbers quickly. Soon, 25% of the population of the world had obtained a Quirk. With such numbers, the heroes of the future must be taught at a young age!

He can control the sand upwards of a mile of his current location. While also being able to control the sand, Suna is able to feel any sensations that come into contact with his sand. Real Name: Yozo Kawashima
Allows for metallic generation above skin level. Metals vary from steels to coppers, and hardness depends on how long it takes to produce the metal. Metals can be molded, and broken off, allowing for instant weapon creation.
Real Name: Hinata Mihara
Upon yelling the word "Stop", all quirks in a 20ft vicinity are effectively deactivated. Deactivation lasts 5 seconds for every second that Lady Law shouts. She is prone to losing her voice because of this quirk. Quirks that only affect physical attributes, such as rock skin or multiple limbs, are not deactivated.
Real Name: Ryuko Hanezawa
Anyone she touches effectively cannot move a muslce, causing a temporary state of paralysis until Ryuko takes her hands off of them.
When she speaks, she creates booming noises similar to that of a rocket's takeoff. Even whispers can generate noise capable of flattening an entire building. She uses sign language to communicate, and most heroes can translate for her.
Along with adapting her mother's Cat Quirk, it evolved into a new kind of offbranch, deemed Syringe. Through her cat claws, she is able to inject a fluid that significantly increases cell regeneration. It is said that the fluid also provides an invigorating boost to one's stamina. However, there are adverse side affects if one is injected too many times in a time period, like grogginess and nauesia.
Gifted with powers straight out of a 70's comic book, Power gives the user Flight, Enhanced Durability, and Super Strength and Speed. Deborah Star is the only hero that has been granted this incredible Quirk in all of history. Heinrich can produce two dimensional black circles that can attach to any surface. These circles can be made to any sort of size that Heinrich chooses, and disappear after Heinrich makes a hand motion like that of the word "I love you" in sign language. Every two circles that he throws out are connected to each other, and can be used to transport matter to the corresponding circle. Objects tend to move through some sort of liquid pocket dimension, and usually reappear from the other circle covered in black patches around their body. Objects that are only allocated through one of these Black Circles that is resealed by Splotch's hand sign without another circle being placed consecutively have yet to return.
Blaze Bone's Quirk has physically replaced all of his exterior organs with that of a colored flame, leaving his bones and internal organs visible through the fire. The flame's intensity, heat, and color change upon Blaze's emotion. He can naturally control these flames, and extend them, as his body continually produces fire. If his flames are to ever be extinguished in their entirety, Blaze Bone would become a pile of bones and internal organs and die.
Tempest can control any substance that is in a gaseous state. He primarily uses this to control wind currents, but has been known to carry capsules of knockout gas to incapacitate villains.
Quirk: Night Cloak
Crescent's body becomes entirely invisible while the moon is visible in the sky. The area he occupies tends to be more obscured depending on how much the moon is waxing or waning. Any object he touches becomes invisible as well, including his costume. Crescent is also very skilled in hand to hand combat, and sword combat. He prefers a swift victory rather than a flashy one.
Able to breath under, and swim incredibly fast in, water. While her skin is hydrated, she is able to extend her tentacles to extreme lengths, each tentacle having incredible strength in comparison to her other limbs. Each tentacle also has it's own brain, making her processing time in a sticky situation pretty quick. She can expend some of the water in her skin to make ink clouds, or shoot high pressure water from her mouth.
Has all the attributes of a shark, including mutations to his appearance. Can swim incredibly fast in water, up to 80 M.p.h. The user secretes a fine paint that they can manipulate and mold to their will, as fluid or solid as they see fit. Constructs made with this ability have about 1/10th the sentience of the user, and can follow simple commands. Once one construct has been molded, it cannot be molded again, or given another task, or it will explode.
??? (Starts with a Z)
His body is comprised of highly unstable molecules, bursting with nuclear energy. His body wouldn't be able to keep itself together, were it not for the device on his stomach. Although the device is able to stave off his body deteriorating, he can go pass his limiter and make his molecules even more unstable. By doing this, he is able to shoot beams of highly dense radioactive matter. If he were to ever break his device, he would explode with the same force as an atom bomb, and his atoms would scatter across the area.
Has superhuman strength, durability, and speed. By consuming the flesh of a human, he gains a temporary boost to all of his abilities, and will give him a significant healing factor. If the person he has taken a bite of has a Quirk, he will be able to use a slightly less powerful version of that quirk for as long as he is digesting. When pushed beyond his limits, he can enter a trance like state, where he becomes extremely feral and loses all facets of thought. This is his Beserker Mode, where his physical prowess is pushed beyond it's limits.
Coats the user's face in a ceramic like shell, just above the skin's surface. The user can also shed the top layer of her face to produce a Mask. Each Mask has an individual marking, never making two masks the same. She can also use a sort of telepathy to control these masks, but only them. The user can also use this same sort of psychic link to use the senses of any mask she so chooses. Someone wearing one of her masks can be teleported to any Mask she has placed in any location, leaving the prior mask behind.
Crystal: Kokoro's Quirk is a convenient two-for-one deal. First and most importantly, this Quirk allows Kokoro to generate red crystals from her forearms, at a rate of about one crystal every two seconds per arm. This is accomplished by crystallizing about a pound of water and some salt in her body, with a splash of blood to "mark" it as hers with. Because they're just highly-condensed water with salt and a bit of blood, these crystals are pretty much worthless as far as monetary value goes. In addition, this isn't a painless process, and doing it in rapid succession can dehydrate Kokoro veryquickly. However, there are a lot of things she can do with these crystals.
As long as a crystal is "marked" as belonging to Kokoro, she's able to manipulate it in a manner similar to telekinesis. This means she can, among other things, fire them as projectiles, create a barrier out of her crystals, and if she has enough of them, create wings she can use to fly by wrapping the crystals around her arms (and a few on her legs for balance) and taking off. There's not really an expiration date on the crystals, so Kokoro can in theory create a bunch until she needs a break and store limitless crystals. However, she's only able to manipulate fifty crystals at one time.
Due to differing blood types, Kokoro cannot control crystals made by Asuka, and vice versa.
Projectile: -1 crystal
Barrier: -4 or more crystals
Wings: Usable only with 20+ crystals
Quirk: Solar Power
Gains slight enhancements to all physical prowess while the sun is out. He can retain the power for an hour when not in the presence of sunlight. Can use heat projectiles from anywhere on his body. Mainly uses it to fly by shooting the energy out of his feet.
Quirk: Lizard Army
Can communicate with any type of reptile. She can also rapidly evolve a reptile by simply coming in contact with it, giving it an increased amount of abilities dependent on how long she is in contact with them. This includes growing their size, intelligence, muscle mass, etc. The effects of the rapid evolution stop when the reptile becomes unconscious, where they return to their normal state before becoming evolved.
Once the user makes eye contact with another person, the victim's muscles seize up immediately. Once eye contact is broken, the effects wear off instantly.
Quirk: Slime Hair
Instead of regular hair, the user secretes a gelatinous substance from their scalp. However, it grows at the same rate normal hair would. The user can manipulate this jelly to their will, but it cannot extend past it's total volume and length. The jelly also has a high acidity to it, and can easily melt through stone.
The user can manipulate the carbon of their epidermal layer to create dense stones of varying hardness and density.
