I tried typing up a post, but anything I could say is on the page.

 

She really, really needs the help. I'm doing all I can to help out, but I can't do it all. No one else is willing or able to help her, so I'm just doing what I can. This didn't have much success when I initially posted it, but after yesterday's visit to UNC Chapel Hill, I feel like it absolutely needs to be brought back up, sinking feeling in my gut be damned.

Even if you can't contribute, please pass this around. Genuinely, anything helps. I just want to see her well.

I'd help financially, but I'm not exactly in a position to be giving people money, even if I want to (trust me, I really do). I'd help by spreading the word but, this is basically the only place I really go besides skype, where I talk with a bunch of other people who are all here as well. I'd give you my prayers, but I've never believed much in praying and all that. Sadly, I have nothing to offer you directly besides my best wishes for what's going to happen. I've never claimed to be the best listener, but if you ever need to talk or need a bit of humor to lighten up the heavy mood, I'll give it a shot. I couldn't very well see this and just leave you with nothing, even if all I've got to offer isn't quite what you seem to be looking for.

 

If you haven't already, try asking Imgur for help. It's surprising what the community can pull off sometimes.

Had a joke one I made in the past/never published, was too stupid when I initially posted this on FB (like 3 months ago) to figure out how to delete and start a new one.

Unless they are actively looking for you, I couldn't find anything. I even went back in my history and it was hard to link back. You should be good.

I have/had considered Imgur, and I probably will put it up on there. I just need a picture of mom first. We're not a very picture taking family, and I don't want her to know, because she's very prideful/overly concerned about having her picture taken x-x;

 

Just need to sneak it in one of these days. Probably while we're playing PoGo.

 

I'm actually broker than ever right now and need the remaining bit of my money to be able to continue school. Do you know how much time you have left?

If you don't have the money to donate, don't donate. I don't want people doing without just because of me.

 

I don't know when the surgery will be yet, but if mom gets super sick again, which she has 4 times since last February, then we'll probably have to go through with it ASAP. They're already trying to bump her up the list due to needing 2 transplants instead of one, so it's really up to how much they succeed.

 

Thank you all for your support. What I said to Hina about donating goes for all of you, but it really does mean the world to me if you help out, be it monetarily or through spreading the word. Don't go beyond your means just to help me and my family out, because that's just transferring a problem, okay?

Got an actual pic of mom up, so I can post to Imgur later today!

 

She's way too skinny, though we aren't sure why. At least the random Mario balls outside of target (there was a Luigi one too) made for a good photo op.

Any updates?  News?  Circumstantial information?  Anything?

Mom got her packet in the male.

 

It didn't list her Kidney transplant, for some reason, but did say she needed to go on a low sodium diet. And that they do NOT do live transplants, which is unfortunate.
