Destroy this card during your 3rd End Phase after activation. Once per turn: You can target 1 "SPYRAL" monster in your Graveyard; return it to the hand. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 "SPYRAL" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. You can only control 1 "SPYRAL MISSION - Rescue".

already got third eye zeroing in on That Grass Spyral

It's funny 'cuz the SPYRAL build I use on DevPro has Dante and Minerva for milling.

 

 

That said, being able to retrieve your Agents/Sleepers/Q-Fixes (maybe?) during either turn is certainly nothing to sneeze at, and being another trigger for Super Agent's pop effect is another bonus.

 

This not entirely sure why they chose to give it the whole 3rd End Phase on these cards, I doubt it would happen too much. I guess they just want to keep that a thing in the game?

Most likely a reference to spy genres in which the received "Mission Message" destroys itself shortly after the Agent is briefed on said mission.
