Been a while since I have made a Ritual Spell Card, so here's one. It supports the use of non-Effect Monsters and it can Ritual Summon any Ritual Monster, though you must use non-Effect Monsters, but it is easy to do since you can send them from the Deck/Extra Deck as long as you control no monsters.

This card is used to Ritual Summon any Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute non-Effect Monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual monster you Ritual Summon. If you control no monsters, you can also send 1 non-Effect Monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to the Graveyard. You can only activate 1 “Spiritual Summon” per turn.

Advance ritual art does a similar (if not better IMO) job, the later lets you summon effect monsters even. Sending monsters from ED is nice but if they dont do anything (arc light plays), you gain Little to no value of the ritual summon.

What do you mean lets you Summon Effect Monsters, this card doesn't restrict any form of Summoning.

I guess giving Vanilla decks another generic Ritual Spell of sorts lets them do more stuff, but given the current list of Rituals that currently exist, not too much they can really go into that would complement their plays AND is worth using in the competitive world. (Though looking at said list, there's a few that don't have any Archetypal clauses on their usage, such as Chaos MAX, Tetrogre/Mind Augus, some of the Nekroz monsters [on-field anyway, but iffy on how you'd fit them here], so I guess that works.)

I'm not implying that you can't use this with non-Effect ED monsters either, but most stuff nowadays usually are Effect Monsters and can't see a reason where you'd want this over Advanced Ritual Art, except for it being less restrictive on Levels (you can exceed the limit if needed). In terms of this card's "Kaleidomirror" effect (well, milling a non-Effect ED monster to the Graveyard). you don't exactly have a ton of targets you can send via its effect outside a lot of outdated Fusions (yeah, there's technically Sea Monster of Theseus now, but that one is better summoned off Instant Fusion to kickstart plays) and Vanilla Pendulums [which I guess helps to bypass the new rules].

Pendulums were mostly in mind when making this, and anything Main Deck related is more so where I see it being used, the Extra Deck thing is more of an added bonus. It's also meant to work with cards like Black Luster Ritual, since Ritual Monster sometimes don't have any effects, where Advanced Ritual Art doesn't allow you to use Ritual Monsters.

I like this card's ability of using non-Effect monsters from the Extra Deck as Ritual tribute. From old school Fusions, to monsters like Zirconia, Leodrake, which can be later used as fodder for Miracle Synchro Fusion or whatever.

Still, it will be situational to take full advantage of it due to the Photon Thrasher clause, but I guess it can work well enough in decks that run Advanced Ritual Art and/or non-Effect Rituals.
