A bit iffy about this card in application, since it will screw over certain Decks that rely on banished cards to work (least face-up anyway), but at the same time, it can also banish cards you need for plays, so... I guess you could play this in mirror matches; banish stuff you want face-up and the other stuff face-down. Examples are probably Shiranui/Kozmos, maybe banish Dino to get more fodder going or Eater of Millions for whatever reason. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sure, Soul Release banishes up to 5 and this 3, but this banishes them face-down. Right now, there's very few cards that can recover banished face-down cards (most notably PSY-Framelord Omega). It may be a more powerful form of banishing, but I don't think it'd hurt the game, given how it requires some set-up (destroy opponent's Extra Deck or archetype monster, then proceed to use this card).
