Cannot be Special Summoned. This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. Neither player can activate Counter Trap Cards.

I think it´s not a so good Card because it will be played not very much couter trap Cards.

Also it cannot be Special summoned. This is a very big Problem because you can´t use the effect´s of other Cards like Goblinbergh to Special summon it and so you cannot do very much with this Card. I think you should Change the "Cannot be Special Summoned." to "You can Special summon this Monster if you have no Monsters on your side of the field. You can only activate this Effect of "Waerrior of Aegis once per turn." and add "and Special Summon" to "This card´s Normal Summon (*add here) cannot be negated."

I like the effect that the Normal Summon cannot be negated very much because in the most decks you Play "Solemn Warning".

If you do this I think that I would Play this Card in my deck.

Most this generally stops are the Solemn Traps (and maybe some other staples besides Warning, Strike/Notice, Divine Wrath?), but those are still relatively common (despite Notice losing some favor to Dimensional Barrier lately). For what it's worth, Counter Fairies are somewhat dead after this (assuming they can run this over). It's a less annoying version of Denko but for very specific situations. 

 

Then again, the "cannot chain to my NS" thing is generally covered by its following effect; unless you're worried about getting BTH'd or something.
