I wanted this card to be one that players could build a new and modern Goat Control Deck around, that didn't happen.

To start, it needs a total of 5 Synchro Materials ( 1 Tuner and 4 Tokens), if you use it for a Synchro Summon, you must only use Tokens as the other Synchro Materials. You can use 1 of 2 effects it has that lets you Synchro Summon, and you can either draw cards or inflict damage to your opponent for each Token you used for that Synchro Summon.

1 Tuner + 4 non-Tuner Tokens
Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card is used as Synchro Material, the other Synchro Materials must be Tokens. If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can Special Summon as many "Wild Sheep Tokens" (Beast-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) as possible. You can only use 1 of the following effects of "Baphedra the King of Sheep" once per turn, and only once that turn.
● During your Battle Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster, using this card as Synchro Material, and if you do; inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each Token used as Synchro Material.
● During your opponent's Main Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster, using this card as Synchro Material, and if you do; draw 1 card for each Token used as Synchro Material.

It sounds extremely hard to summon, 5 non-token level 1 monsters. Its insanely underpowered to the point whe re im wondering which will happen first: this card is summoned or 2055

You misread. The 4 non-tuners have to be Tokens, not non-Tokens.

Anyway, this card is very awesome! Summonable directly from Scapeghost, it instantly sets up a Level 6-9 (10 post links) quick Synchro Summon, including the legendary Trishula. A Trishula in your opponent's turn that lets you draw 4 cards is extremely impressive. The card is somewhat tricky to summon, as its reliance on either Scapeghost or Scapegoat slows down how quickly you can summon it. The ceiling for this card is however high enough that I think some use could be found for it, especially in slower decks. Good work!
