[spoiler=Card A]

Raidraptor - Emperor Urvogel

Rank 11 - DARK

[ Winged-Beast / Xyz / Effect ]

2 or more "Raidraptor" monsters with the same name and Level/Rank.

Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Raidraptor" Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material, except "Raidraptor - Emperor Urvogel". (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Cannot be destroyed by battle. When the number of Xyz Materials on this card becomes 11, you win the Duel. During your Main Phase: You can attach 1 "Raidraptor" card from your Graveyard to this card as an Xyz Material, and if you do, target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy it. This effect can be activated during either player's Main Phase, if this card has 2 or more "Raidraptor" monsters with the same name as Xyz Material. You can only use this effect of "Raidraptor - Emperor Urvogel" once per turn.

[ ATK 1100 / DEF 1100 ]

[spoiler=Card B]

subterror_behemoth_king_pterohm_by_bdsce

Subterror Behemoth King Pterohm

EARTH/Dragon-Type Xyz Flip Effect Monster/Rank 0/2900 ATK/2900 DEF

Lore: 3 or more "Subterror" monsters with different Levels

(This card's original Rank is always treated as 12.)

FLIP: Banish 1 card from either hand, also this card gains 2900 ATK, then if you banished 1 monster, 1 Spell Card and 1 Trap Card with this card's effect previously this Duel, you win the Duel.

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Set 1 "Subterror" Spell/Trap Card directly from your Deck, then change this card to face-down Defense Position. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if the effect of a card your opponent controls resolves while you control this Set card: Negate that effect, then change this card to face-up Attack Position.

Card A fills in that gap for RRs to complete the Xyz spectrum (well, 3 - 12 anyway). At least you can technically Xyz Change it onto another RR monster, though it also means a much faster way to make Final Fortress (however good that ends up being nowadays). Not really fond of it being a ripoff of Ghostrick Dorklord / Angel of Mischief in terms of its effect (at least in the way it gains Xyz Material). Granted, it is still vulnerable to effect removal so if it goes; all your work is gone. If I remember correctly, RRs usually have at least 2 of the same name as Xyz Material, so assuming you can survive for about 4-5 turns at most, you can do it every turn. Also makes the support cards less dead in the Grave, but still skeptical of this getting to pop stuff whenever you add on.

As for card B, I don't think the effect works as you intended for it to be. Once this gets flipped up again (or leaves the field), the effect is usually reset. Only example I can find that works under a similar logic is Orichalcos Gigas from the anime. (I will need to check with evilfusion about this one, considering that fact and if it can be applied in the real game). But even without the ruling, card is effectively a 5800 ATK monster for a turn that hits both hands until you flip it down after searching the supports (I think they got Final Battle, Clash and Burrowing). Also the fact that it is technically breaking standards for Xyz Summoning (using the F0/S0 cards as examples, monsters still need to be same Level/Rank; these don't, and are more akin to Link/Fusion Materials; though taking into consideration all of the monsters have unique Types/Levels, I guess it would be impossible to really do it the traditional way)

=====

Voting for card C here.

A technically has a niche for laddering past Ultimate and into Final (if you even want to do that), but other than that, it's a better version of Spoiled Angel that pops stuff when it attaches.

B breaks standards for Xyz and has that ruling issue that might render this card unable to work; again, I'll go get that cleared up.

well, the RR has insanely weak stats for a level 11, which isn't too much of an issue though, considering its effect is literally win the duel, unfortunately, RR really don't need higher level monsters, no matter what the anime may believe, but that's neither here nor there, as for the alt win, a RR deck dedicated to dropping this could likely pull it off in 4-5 turns unimpeded (which is actually a lot to ask for them) the largest flaw i see with this, is the fact that its' effect can kick during either player's turn, which means from the turn you drop it, to your next turn, you've added 3 materials already, furthering your alt-win condition, and will likely have been able to pop 2-3 cards as well, not exactly fair design wise, even if it has a low ATK.

as for the subterror monster, similar to sakura, i don't believe the effect would actually be possible to pull off as worded, and the fact that it breaks most precedents for Xyz monsters also kind of hurts the rating (it may have fit the theme better as a -maybe contact- fusion using any 3 of the bigger ones), the negation effect is strange to say the least, but i see why you chose to do it that way, since the effect prior already sets it. but to that, believe you've already given it a bit too much in the department of versatility, it has 3 really powerful effects, one of which breaks irl precedent, and not only provides steady searching, but grants negation and an alt win condition.

all this factored in, i have to give it to card A, it's more consistent, follows the general rules of the game better, and while i disagree with the overall level of power that it presents, i hold the same issue with card B, to a slightly greater extent, because it breaks 2 general precedents in the game (facedown negations, and being an Xyz monster that does not care about equal levels.).

Setting a monster with an effect doesn't treat it as a "new" instance of that monster, although it does reset the "Once per turn" restrictions.

The closest precedent I can think of is with some of the old Psychic monsters, that usually had an effect to banish a card from somewhere, and when it went to the Graveyard, the card would be Summoned or added to hand (Esper Girl, Overmind Archfiend, etc). To my understanding, even if those cards are flipped facedown, they still "remember" the cards that were banished by its effect and will trigger properly.

So to my knowledge, yes, this card will work as intended, provided it doesn't leave the Field at any point.

So yeah, this is what I got (he did say something about the card's design, but that part was omitted).
