For all that spicy Shien's Spy tech the world needed. I doubt there's any real use for this but the name popped into my head and I needed to make something.

Here's how I would've written the effects:

Target 1 monster whose owner is different from its current controller: Destroy all other monsters with the same controller as the targeted monster.

First of all, I made it target so that it's a bit easier to stop. Second of all, I just find this easier to read/understand. (I'm assuming I didn't get your idea wrong.)

 

 

It's a good idea, though. Give your opponent something like "Putrid Pudding Body Buddies", then activate this card to nuke the rest of their monsters. Pretty convenient.

Oh, thanks for that. I was not aware of that card...what an interesting name. I guess there's also other stuff like Silent Wobby, using your Kaiju to blow up your opponent's other monsters to leave them with just the Kaiju, Flying "C" to disrupt and destroy, Volcanic Queen to be like the Kaiju, countering opponent's stealing effects...

 

This is still probably pretty niche but I guess it has some more uses than I thought.
