Lets go Synchro Era just cause. btw ik it is a potential Quasar but dunno how to fix it.

When this card is Synchro Summoned you can Special Summon 1 "Swan Dragon" from your Extra Deck. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects while you control another Winged-Beast-Type monster. This card cannot be used for Xyz Summon.

You can make it a tuner, so then you wouldn't be able to use both of the Summoned monsters.

 

But yeah, right now this turns into easy quasars. Pretty much Quickdraw + Level Eater + Any Level 1 Tuner is quasar with this, including effect veiler. Quickdraw is searchable with Tuning, Level Eater can be summoned with 141, and you can also add Synkron Resonator with Resonator Call.

 

Is this a bad thing? Not really. Master Rule means you need 2 open link markers, and then you need another open link marker for Formula. There are much better things to Summon using 2 link markers anyway.

As an alternative to the above comment (which making it a Tuner is a great idea because of how subtle yet effective it is), you could also outright say:
 

When this card is Summoned, you cannot use it as a material until your next End Phase.

 

^That way you can eventually use it, but have to wait and have them survive, and encourage playing around with them before making them a Quasar or w/e you wanna use them for. This clause also would mean you no longer need to have that Xyz clause, and it'd also prevent it from being used for Links or Fusions, but not forever.

 

In addition, I also suggest your mass-Summon effect comes in with a little situational clause to enforce preparing the stage for it. Also, a clause that allows this card so still be useful during the Link era. I suggest:

When this card is Summoned from the Extra Deck: You can move it to an adjacent Main Monster Zone; and if you do, you can Special Summon 1 "Swan Dragon" from your Extra Deck.

 

^This means your clogging the field with other monsters previously present, or your opponent using up one of the Extra Monster Zones, already limits your options, but not enough to make it a deal breaker, and it is still good enough to at least outclass the little Goyo monsters.
