Guest BGMCANN0N
Make it a quick play spellIt is widespread permanent negation... It doesn't seem advisable to make it a Spell Speed 2. Forbidden Chalice, which a lot of people see as a good Quick-Play Spell, didn't even went that far to negate things permanently.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Also another thing Hyppal, that post you made breaks the Advanced Clause. If you think the card should be a Quick-Play, then you need to actually explain why. But yeah, Chalice (while SS2) limited itself to one monster and was temporary (albeit with a 400 ATK buff to boot). I guess this would be an instant perma Skill Drain if you needed to negate everything (negative effects for P-scales bar the stuff that can't have its effects negated / overly powerful monsters for a specific Level/Rank, floodgates, etc). Yeah, 2K LP s a lot, but if your opponent's permanently negated, then they can't do much except be dead weight or destruction fodder, and the cost is certainly worth it. While being Quick-Play would be nice to deal with Zoo triggers, if that's the main reason you want this to be Quick-Play, then there are other options you could use instead. Flash Flyer - Sakura
It's assumed that you at least look at the rulebook before posting, because yeah, Advanced Clause is not something I just threw at you recently; it's been here even before I became a mod three years ago (roughly, but w/e). But yeah, if you suggest stuff, at least provide details to back up why you should be doing it. (Also, was there a need to actually ping me just to reply to that?) The Nyx Avatar
Looks like a stand-alone effect of Ice Beast Zerofyne. I like it. It cripples stuff like Zoodiac, cards in the Pendulum Zones, cards with target and destruction protection, as well as other monsters that gain stat bonuses (Tragoedia for example; not the best example, but just to give an idea). Now that may sound overwhelming, but I'd say it's reasonable, given the cost to activate the card in the first place. 1000 Life Points would still be very little, 1500 would be solid, and 2000 is okay. THIS is one card I could see sided in most Decks. Well done.
