Must be Link Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Link Summoned, it cannot attack and half your opponents Life Points. You can only activate this effect of "True Demise Dragon Lord - Demios Diablos" once per duel. All Non Dragon Monsters this card points to have their ATK halved and their effects negated. When this card battles a defence position Monster, inflict piercing battle damage.

So Demios is a powerful Link 6 Dragon Exclusive Link Monster which has to be summoned by link summon and once per duel when its Link summoned can halve your opponents life points but cannot attack during the turn this effect is activated. Also with its link marks all non dragon monsters get struck down with their ATK halved and their effects negated, finally to add salt to the opponents wounds it can also inflict piercing battle damage

Realistically, this probably wouldn't be a very useful boss monster, because it lacks protection. Generally, monsters with this sort of attack value that are this difficult to summon have effects that prevent them from being destroyed or targeted by effects.

The review is fine (because yeah, field investment will be a pain and lacks protection from common removal), but a note that this thread was dead for close to a month [for CC, thread is considered "dead" after 2 weeks].
