MattTGM
A long time ago I made a really bad Blue Eyes card, so heres a better one. Blue Eyes Divine DragonLevel 12/Dragon/Light3000/2500This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by tributing 1 "Blue Eyes Shining Dragon" with 4500 or more ATK.This cards special summon cannot be negated. This card cannot be tributed except by its own effect. This card gains 300ATK for each "Blue-Eyes" and "Eyes of Blue" monster in your graveyard. This card cannot be targeted by card effects.Once per turn, during either players turn, you can tribute this card to negate all other card effects on the field and if you do,destroy all cards on the field, then special summon 1 "Blue Eyes" or "Eyes of Blue" monster, except "Blue Eyes Divine Dragon" from your hand, deck or graveyard, ignoring it's summoning conditions. That monster cannot attack this turn. Any suggestions are welcome, because I suck at designing these
TF2_The_Scout
I suggest removing the clause of it not being able to be tributed. If you have 5 Blue-Eyes/Eyes of Blue monsters in the grave, then this becomes unable to be outed by even Utopia the Lightning without Honest, and that's something I think is bad. Even then though, I think the Summon condition is too much. I mean, do Blue-Eyes decks even play Shining Dragon at all?

Heck, they usually play NEO Blue-Eyes Ultimate because it does stuff; not the original one that's required for Shining in the first place. But yeah, this card is basically overkill if you even bother to run original Blue-Eyes Ultimate and can survive long enough to make this. I agree on getting rid of some of the immunity (either the anti-Kaiju clause or the total effect protection) because it is pushing it. Also, how many cards does this destroy by Tributing self? At the time of posting, Blue-Eyes are already capable of doing things without having to resort to summoning this.

I'll make it less powerful if need be
