Limit Summon - Twist on deckmasters

Would like some feedback and such for the new monster type/summon method I came up with. Limit Summons - a main deck based summon method inspired by the deckmaster concept. It's fairly simple - at least I think so.

- Limit Monsters are dark grey and live in the Main Deck. They have no Level.

- Each deck can only have 1 Limit Monster.

- At the start of a Duel, a Limit Monster is automatically sent from the Main Deck to the Graveyard. If it is a Pendulum Monster, it is placed face-up in the Extra Deck instead.

- At the end of your turn, if you have not had a Limit Monster in your Graveyard/Extra Deck for that whole turn, and you have not Limit Summoned your Limit Monster yet this Duel, it is automatically placed from anywhere into your Graveyard/Extra Deck.

- A Limit Monster has its Limit Effect written in a box where the Pendulum Effect usually is. These effects apply while it is in the Graveyard. If it is a Pendulum monster, they double as Pendulum Effects and apply in the Pendulum Zone and Extra Deck.

- A Limit Monster must first be Limit Summoned. They primarily summon themselves with Summoning Conditions listed on the card itself.

- If you have a Limit Monster and you have not Limit Summoned it previously in the Duel, you cannot reduce your opponent to less than 100 LP by battle damage.

So with this summon method, I'm trying to: not overcrowd the extra deck even more by making it main deck based, bring back more genuine-feeling boss monsters, and impose some kind of damage limit against the extremely fast games of today, albeit a really lenient and weak limit. It's easily circumvented by any kind of burn effect, so decks will probably just throw in Gagaga Cowboy or something, or simply not use Limits. Even so, it's a downside you'll have to weigh before just throwing these in a given deck. I don't want to put any stricter restriction anyway.

Well, enough talk. I'll post my examples.

[spoiler=Limits]

Legendary Dark Magician - Mahad

2500/2100, DARK, Spellcaster, Limit

+You can Normal Summon Spellcaster monsters without Tributing. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can target 1 Spellcaster Normal Monster in your GY; add it to your hand.+

If this card is Limit Summoned: You can add 1 Spell/Trap Card from your Deck or GY to your hand, that specifically lists the card "Dark Magician" in its text, also cards with that name can be activated from your hand this turn. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each Spell Card banished or in either player's GY.

Legendary Magician Girl - Mana

2100/1700, DARK, Spellcaster, Limit

+You can Normal Summon 1 Spellcaster monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set each turn. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) +Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 Level 8 or higher Dragon monster; Special Summon 1 Level 1 LIGHT Tuner monster from your GY OR: Tribute 1 Level 1 LIGHT Tuner monster; Special Summon 1 Level 8 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your GY. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can shuffle 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your GY into the Deck, then target 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" you control; it cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's card effects until the End Phase.+

Limit Summon - Tribute 3 "Blue-Eyes" monsters.

If this card is Special Summoned: All other Dragon monsters you currently control are unaffected by other card effects this turn. If this card is Limit Summoned: It gains the ATK of all other "Blue-Eyes" monsters you currently control, until the end of the turn.

Red-Eyes Chaos Avenger Dragon

2400/2000, DARK, Dragon, Limit

+Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can add 1 Level 7 or lower "Red-Eyes" monster from your GY to your hand. Once per turn, during your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can Normal Summon 1 "Red-Eyes" monster, or Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster using monsters from your hand or field as the Fusion Materials, and if you do, it is treated as a "Red-Eyes" monster. "Red-Eyes" Fusion Monsters you control cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects and gain 200 ATK for each "Red-Eyes" Normal Monster in your GY.+

Limit Summon - Tribute 1 "Red-Eyes" Fusion Monster and 1 "Red-Eyes" Xyz Monster.

If this card is Limit Summoned: This turn, it gains ATK equal to the amount of effect damage inflicted this turn, also it can attack all monsters your opponent controls, once each. Banish monsters destroyed by battle with this card.

Odd-Eyes Rift Dragon

2800/2500, DARK, Dragon, Limit, Pendulum

10/10

+/Once per turn, during your End Phase: You can place 1 "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster from your hand or GY in your Pendulum Zone. It cannot be used as Synchro Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a Dragon monster./+

Limit Summon - Tribute 2 Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Summoned "Odd-Eyes" monsters and destroy as many cards as possible in your Pendulum Zones. (This Summon is also treated as your Normal Pendulum Summon.)

If you can Pendulum Summon Level 8, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card in your Extra Deck. While you control this Limit Summoned card, you can Pendulum Summon to your Main Monster Zones.

Tierra, the Void Tyrant
3400/3600, FIRE, Fiend, Limit
+Once per turn: You can send 1 "Infernoid" monster from your Deck to the GY, and if you do, draw 1 card.+

Limit Summon - If you have 10 or more "Infernoid" monsters with different names banished or in your GY.

This card's Limit Summon cannot be negated. If this card is Limit Summoned: Destroy all other monsters on the field, then shuffle all of your banished monsters into the Deck, also this card and all "Infernoid" monsters you currently control are unaffected by other card effects for the rest of the turn.

Destiny Blader Moon Sigil

2500/2000, DARK, Warrior, Limit
+If you have 100 or less LP, you can draw 2 cards instead of 1 for your normal draw. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 monster on the field; it cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn.+

Limit Summon - Halve your LP when a monster with more ATK than your current LP attacks you directly.

At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks a monster with higher ATK than this card's original ATK: This card can make 2 attacks on that monster during this Battle Phase.

That's all I got so far. These are a bit harder than other summon methods to plan entire decks around. The last card in there is sort of an anime boss-style monster. In fact these would fit into the anime super well. Incidentally it's also the only generic Limit in there, so for all purposes I don't have a good generic Limit monster yet. They make great archetypal support, though.
