Good day, everyone!

 

My name (or username, I guess) is 0riginator. I'm a casual player (who happens to be a Filipino), and I have been playing Yugioh for nearly 10 years now. While I do enjoy the card game very much, I don't find the recent animes to be entertaining (sorry) - 5D's was the last one I watched, and I didn't even manage to finish it. That said, I stopped playing for a year or two (because of school and real life) and I have been trying to catch up with what's new in the game for the past month.

 

I'll mostly be in the Custom Cards section since I've always wanted to post my own custom cards for others to see and critique. But if boredom strikes, I might try looking around in the other sections.

 

I hope you will treat me well :)

That's great. And you don't need to be into the show. However, do read the rules, as they differ between Casual and Advanced, as well as sections outside of Custom Cards. Have fun! Welcome to Yugioh Card Maker. Enjoy your stay.

 

Also, if you want to generate Pendulum cards or at least better-looking Normal Spell and Trap cards, you can use TCGEditor.

I think Shradow is part Filipino if I remember (might be some more). If you're referring to actual members from the Philippines, there were a couple of them in the past but they are long gone now.

As above user already mentioned, just make sure you know the difference between Casual and Advanced, which generally boils down to requiring an explanation for design and otherwise higher standard of play in the latter. Feel free to ask if you need more clarification. 

 

That in mind, also take a look at the normal site rules, which can be found as either a sticky in the News forum or overall announcement. 

 

But yeah, PM if you need help.

P.S. If you didn't like ZEXAL or ARC-V, that's fine (latter had some alternate universe cameos of older characters, but...) There's currently a new one called VRAINS; don't know if you've heard about it or saw any of the episodes.
