(2) effect triggers whenever a Trickstar does stuff (including itself), so yeah; consecutively burn the opponent and their monsters also get weakened. Iffy about the (1) effect though, since for the time being, it's essentially limited to the Main Deck 'mons and that's really only if you can Link Summon this after Holly or whatever monster you choose. At least Reincarnation makes it work better later on, but yeah.

Then again, Trickstars don't exactly have a lot of Main Deck to work with right now (except for the core two that result in the FTK variant, and Lillybell). I'll assume we'll get new ones at a later date. Let's see how they turn out.

Sad thing is, people are still going to go full helmet and just use the FTK build (which literally pays no attention to the link monsters afaik)

This card is pretty good, helps with fighting against bigger monsters and can easily decrease by 1k or more on a good turn (I think).

New Trickstars are welcomed by me, and this card and its markers look good enough for expanding the board, plus it has a solid base ATK for a Link2 but... I feel this card is a bit too much on the passive/slow side and may be overshadowed by the burning and FTK tactics with Lycorrisica, and AFAIK Trickstars still don't have swarming power to take advantage of the Link points of both this and Holly Angel; the revival effect of their Trap does help, as mentioned above.

This card is trash.

If you're using the Trickstar engine, which I don't believe sees any real play, Holly and generic Link 2s are better.

If you're playing pure, idk why you're not going for the FTK setup.

A tiny amount of burn when something dies, and a reduction effect for when you burn then, doesn't make up for being a L/R in a deck with no reason to go into a L/R.

The real $$$$ is using it to ladder and then reviving it with Reincarnation in Main Zone

deck still lacks any incentive to do so

chances of that being relevant isn't very high, considering the deck IS a normie summon deck until you achieve Firewall, and the trap has to hit the grave, which prob isn't happening T1 outside of Foolish Burial Goods memes.
