Pendulum Dowser - Brine

Monster - Level 4 - EARTH - Dragon/Type

Atk: 1950

Def: 1000

Effect: You can target 1 monster in your opponents pendulum zone, special summon it to your side of the field. You can only activate "Ground Dowser - Brine" once per turn, and only once that turn. When this card is destroyed, draw 1 card for each Pendulum monster on both sides of the field.

Xyz Dowser - Mined

Atk: 1400

Def: 1600

Monster - Level 4 - EARTH - Dragon/Type

Effect: You can discard 1 card from this card, target 1 xyz monster your opponent controls, it loses both of its xyz materials, and if it does, special summon the monsters used for the xyz summon of that monster from the graveyard. You can only use the effect of "Xyz Dowser - Mind" once per turn, and only once that turn.

Synchro Dowser - Thief

Atk: 1950

Def: 1300

Monster - Level 4 - EARTH - Dragon/Type

Effect: Once per turn, during either players turn, target 1 tuner monster on the field, that card is treated as a non-tuner, and if it is, your opponent cannot synchro summon (even if this card leaves the field).

Link Dowser - Zone

Atk: 1400

Def: 1500

Monster - Level 4 - EARTH - Dragon/Type

Effect: Target 1 special monster zone on the field, your opponent cannot summon a link monster in that zone. You can only use the effect of "Link Dowser - Zone" once per turn, and only once that turn.

ULTIMATE DOWSER - Completion

Monster - Level 8 - EARTH - Dragon/Type

Atk: 3100

Def: 4000

Effect: This monster cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by its own effect. You can tribute 3 "Dowser" monsters you control to special summon this card. Your opponent cannot special summon, and this effect cannot be negated. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, and this effect cannot be negated.

 

Sure, these monsters are quite broken, but Ultimate is hard to summon which makes up for his op effect.

Pendulum Dowser - Brine:

Effect: You can target 1 monster in your opponents pendulum zone, special summon it to your side of the field. You can only activate "Ground Dowser - Brine" once per turn, and only once that turn. When this card is destroyed, draw 1 card for each Pendulum monster on both sides of the field.

Snatching a pendulum scale from your opponent can be disruptive,IF it would be on their turn.

However Brine says "Once per turn" meaning you can only use the effect onyour turn, so if you manage to activate it's effect, your opponent probably has his field already set up.

When fighting against a pendulum deck you get a +1 best case scenario.  

 

Xyz Dowser - Mind:

Effect: You can discard 1 card from this card, target 1 xyz monster your opponent controls, it loses both of its xyz materials, and if it does, special summon the monsters used for the xyz summon of that monster from the graveyard. You can only use the effect of "Xyz Dowser - Mind" once per turn, and only once that turn.

The effect itself is actually pretty good; detaching opponent's Xyz-material and Special Summoning them, which means you can you use them for your own Xyz summon, but there is one thing that makes Mind's effect useless: "it loses both of its xyz materials". Which means that if the targeted Xyz-Monster doesn't have exactly 2 Xyz-monsters, you go -1 for nothing. My suggestion is that the effect should be during either player's turn activatable.

 

Synchro Dowser - Thief:

Effect: Once per turn, during either players turn, target 1 tuner monster on the field, that card is treated as a non-tuner, and if it is, your opponent cannot synchro summon (even if this card leaves the field).

I just have one question: does the Synchro Summon restriction last forever or only until the end of the turn the effect was activated? If it is forever, then it is a broken card, otherwise, make sure you write

"until the end of this turn" or sth. like that on the card effect.

 

Link Dowser - Zone:

Effect: Target 1 special monster zone on the field, your opponent cannot summon a link monster in that zone. You can only use the effect of "Link Dowser - Zone" once per turn, and only once that turn.

In the Link format, it is very advantageous. Preventing your opponent from Link summoning, can lock them from massive combo's, limiting them from using only synchro,fusion,xyz and pendulum.

So overall, this is a pretty good card.

 

ULTIMATE DOWSER - Completion:

Effect: This monster cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by its own effect. You can tribute 3 "Dowser" monsters you control to special summon this card. Your opponent cannot special summon, and this effect cannot be negated. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, and this effect cannot be negated

Pretty good Boss monster. Immune to destruction and your opponent cannot SS. There are not many S/T and monster's with non-destruction Removal.
