Odd-Eyes Cyberse Dragon the Supreme King Link Dragon

DARK

Link Marker: Top Left, Top, Top Right, Bottom Left, Bottom Right

Pendulum Scale: 3

[Dragon / Link / Pendulum / Effect]

Pendulum Effect:

You can also Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck to where this card points to. This effect cannot be negated. You can target 1 Link Monster in your GY; return it to the Extra Deck. You can only use this effect of "Odd-Eyes Cyberse Dragon the Supreme King Link Dragon" once per turn.

Monster Effect:

2+ Effect Monsters whose original ATK is 2500

If you can Pendulum Summon Level 7, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card in your Extra Deck. This card is also treated as a Cyberse monster. This card can make up attacks up to the number of monsters this card points to. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 monster this card points to; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place it in your Pendulum Zone.

ATK: 3000  LINK: 5

(Make sure you give your own opinion on this later, k?)

Outside maybe Supreme King.dek or something (assuming you can actually spam the ED Servant Dragons out quickly enough), that's it. Though because of the new format, you can't do that. I guess you could use 2 Ningirsu to make this (treat one as 3 material, and the other one as 2), but why?

FINALLY! A Pendulum Link Monster!

...that's all I've got.

Jk.

Seriously, though, why would you have a "points to" effect in the Pendulum Zone? Monsters in the Pendulum Zones are treated as Spell cards, not monsters. It's uncertain if that sort of Pendulum Effect would be allowed.

I'm not sure how much you could get this on the field (Link 5 and 2500+ ATK Effect Monsters?!), but its effects would be well worth it, make Pendulum Summoning great again, all that stuff.

For real-life mechanics, the Link Markers aren't applied if a monster is outside the monster zones. But as this is Experimental, you can test the boundaries. (Already answered the summoning question above; though it's far more gimmicky).

Also, realize this thread's been dead for two months; yes, this section gets far less activity than the other areas and stuff from back then exists, but yeah, necro rules still apply.
