During your Main Phase: You can move this card to your zone this card points to; during this turn, you can Normal Summon/Set 1 Level 4 or lower monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) You can only use this effect of "Element Champion Stratos Storm" once per turn.
​Once per turn, if a monster is Normal or Special Summoned to your zone this card points to: You can activate 1 of these effects.
● Add from your Deck to your hand, 1 Level 4 or lower monster with the same word(s) in its name as in the Summoned monster's name.
● Destroy a number of Spell/Trap Cards on the field up to the number of monsters in any zones this card points to with the same word(s) in each of their names.

 

 

So, Konami STILL won't give us at least 1 Elemental HERO Stratos in the TCG (even though the OCG got 2), well if they didn't like the first Stratos, their gonna hate the sequel. This card is the first generic Archetype Support card in the game, so literally EVERY, single Deck can play 3 of this without any problems. It has upgraded effects based on what the original Stratos had, allowing you to add Level 4 and lower monsters from your deck to your hand with the same word(s) in its name as any monster Normal or Special Summoned to the zones it points to, or you can blow-up Spells and Traps up to the number of monsters with the same word(s) in each of their names that this card points to. You can also move this card to a zone it points to so you can Normal Summon/Set a Level 4 or lower monster in addition to your given Normal Summon/Set. The problems this card has are, it has only 1800 ATK so a lot of monsters can run it over easily, so be careful, also it NEEDS to be an Archetype-centric Deck for full effect, so something like the Dinosmashers Fury Structure Deck or Yusaku Fujiki's Deck where the focus is on a specific Type or Attribute won't take full advantage of this card's effects.
