Powerset: "Unkown" has a large variety of tricks up his sleeves. His favorite include a special deck of cards and deception. He lets himself inside his victim's mind, filling it with ecstasy and stroking their ego. Then, at the right time, he shows them the worst things and kills every piece of joy they previously had before striking them with an attack. This is only counter able by the smartest of minds or the most deafening of sounds. 
Weaknesses: Whenever his planet is brought into the conversation, his mind is taken over by the memory of being looked down upon and called weak for not taking the death oath(a spell that kills any and all offspring you have in the future so you may focus on nothing but training). (Level 2 Psychological Trauma)
Personality: Carefree. With being an illusions master and a great thinker, he often has little to worry about, especially in combat. However, one day this may be his downfall

[spoiler=Biography] "Unkown" is a pretty down to earth and chill guy. He was forced to move to Earth after the implosion of his planet a decade ago, though he hasn't told a soul since and those who somehow found out, he killed. When he was born, he was trained mentally through magical energy until he could walk. Then, he was taught to master the native battle art of Nocto and learnt how to tell a deceiving lie. He was exiled for giving up his training at the age of twenty. And now, he rests on the rooftops of earth, hoping one day he'll meet his match among men.

Speed:
You can run faster than sound, with a bit of practice. If your speed is higher than 3, you are required to take this ability. This ability adds 1 to your running speed. If your running speed stat would become 6, instead of getting faster you can use your speed to travel through time and space when prompted, but you cannot choose when this can happen.


Weakness: His carefree attitude can be a problem when he's facing something stronger than himself. This is, of course, rare but it's not to say it's impossible. +1 point

I took away points from anything tech related to give me 24 (dunno where the extra came in). For the rest, I'll try to fix

You can't take zeroes in stats, only equipment which is zero by default. Additionally, your powerset has no defined parameters. Parameters would be letting us know what you can and cannot do with it. Can it be used in battle? Can it be used on multiple people? How often can it be used? How much does it take out of you to use? Etc.

Powerset: 
Shapeshifting: By wearing his magic jaguar pelt, he can shapeshift into one, or take the shape of a ferocious werejaguar. This gives him increased strength, speed and reflexes.
Personality: What are they like? What are their goals and interests? Are they Lawful or Unlawful? And are their goals selfish or selfless?

Biography: Folk tales of South America speak of the lobizon and the witches. They say that a couple's seventh child will either be born a hideous half-wolf hybrid, covered in fur from head to toe, or a cursed woman, with the face of an old hag from the moment she's born. Oliver was born the seventh child of a very superstitious family in Misiones, Argentina. He was, as expected, thrown away immediately, left to his own devices in the jungle. Were fairytales non-existant and the young child would have died almost instantly. However, as luck and irony would have it, Oliver was found and adopted by a coven of lovely witches who lived in that very jungle, hidden mere feet away from the populated and tourist hotspot of Iguazú Falls. 
Oliver was raised by those very witches and, while unable to learn their magic, he had a great eyesight and a gift for finding magical plants and vegetation deep in the dark jungle. He spent the days learning alchemy and the nights scouring for ingredients, taking care not to anger any of the mostly peaceful creatures of the jungle. 
A few days shy of his 18th birthday, as he did his usual collecting route, Oliver sensed a presence behind him: a jaguar. These creatures usually only attacked when their territory was being violated or their cubs or themselves were in danger, but this one was different: towering over him, the beast only wanted blood. Oliver ran for his life, managing to dodge every last one of the jaguar's swipes and pounces, until he had to stop abruptly, as he had reached the Falls. Dodging one last time, the jaguar pounced over Oliver and right into the water, being dragged by the current and plunging straight towards the abyss.
Compelled to see the corpse, Oliver walked around the falls and to the coast below, when he was surprised to find no jaguar corpse whatsoever: instead, the dead body of a frail old man enveloped in a jaguar's hide sat between the rocks. For a split second, the thoughts of leaving the corpse there alone were overrun by the greed of getting that pristine, soft jaguar pelt. Oliver gave in, took the pelt and ran towards the witches' cabin. As he was about to enter, Oliver thought he should wear the pelt over his shoulders to impress his caretakers, boasting of how he killed a jaguar all by himself.
The last thing he remembered was draping the pelt over his shoulders. Oliver opened his eyes to a blood-drenched cabin, the corpses of the coven mauled to bits, and him sitting in the middle of it all, the pelt having fallen from his shoulders at some point near the end of the massacre.
Overcome by guilt, Oliver knew of no way to redeem himself other than to control whatever had caused him to go berserk. For the following years, he'd lock himself up in the cabin and put on the pelt, struggling to control his animal form until he'd get the pelt stuck on the furniture and turn back to normal. After some time, he obtained the ability to control the degree of transformation, becoming a werejaguar, as well as being able to undo the transformation on demand. 
At the age of 25, Oliver was found by a wandering wizard, who was apparently looking for the famed witches of the South American jungles, searching for their knowledge. The man took an interest to Oliver, and asked him to tag along. Finally ready to face the outside world with his new powers, Oliver the Uturuncú joined as the wizard's sidekick, aiding him in his goals, as well as striving to make up for his past.

The Uturuncu is a folk tale from Argentina. It speaks of a warlock who, by rubbing against his magical jaguar pelt, can turn into a very strong, fast and wise jaguar. He doesn't have a real origin story, so I just took some liberties in the bio. I'm still lacking a personality.

You actually have one point left to spend if you wish. For personality, I recommend making him a lonely atoner who wishes to absolve his sins through loyalty to a good person, like the warlock, and seeks to destroy forces that disrupt peace and has a particular dislike for corrupting forces.
