Make a Pendulum Monster Game

It's just like the Title states. Create one pendulum monster using the name the user above created, then create a name as your prompt for the next user. You decide everything: Scale, Level, ATK, DEF, and Effects. No going over the max 5000 ATK or DEF, No ridiculously Overpowered cards. If I feel like the card was way too ridiculous, I have the right to skip it. (This is my first time doing this, so I will edit my post if I'm missing any basic rules.)

If this card is destroyed by battle or by card effect and sent to the Extra Deck, return 2 Cyberse-type Monsters from your Graveyard to the Deck. This card cannot deal any damage to your opponent's Life Points.

ME: If this card is Pendulum Summoned: you can target 1 monster you control with an even level; tribute that monster, and if you do; Special Summon 2 "Fracture Tokens". Their types and Attributes are the same as the tributed monster's, and their ATK, DEF, and Level are exactly half of the tributed monster's. They cannot attack or be tributed this turn. You can only activate the effect of this card's name once per turn.

MONSTER: When this card is Special Summoned, you can Tribute 1 WIND monster you control, Special Summon 1 WIND monter from your Deck whose ATK and DEF equal a sum of 3000. If this card is destroyed, you can banish this card from your GY, destroy 1 card on the field.

ME: When this card is Summoned: Target 1 monster on the field; its ATK becomes 0 until the end of this turn. If this card in a Monster Zone leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 Cyberse monster from your Deck. You can only use the Monster effect of "Cyberse Cerberus" once per turn.

MONSTER: If this card is Special Summoned, you can target 1 monster face-up in your Extra Deck, shuffle that target into the Deck. When this card is destroyed, Special Summon that monster.

Triamid Falcon King (you got Horus or Ra for this one; leaving it up to you)

PE: Monsters your opponent controls lose 200 ATK/DEF for each monster on their side of the field. You can destroy this card in your Pendulum Zone; banish the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck, face-down, and if you do, add 1 "Triamid" card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this Pendulum effect of "Triamid Falcon King" once per turn.

ME: Once per turn: You can send 1 face-up "Triamid" card you control to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Tramid" monster from your hand or GY. That monster gains 200 ATK/DEF for each monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, during your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Triamid" Field Spell Card in your Field Zone; send it to the GY, and if you do, activate 1 "Triamid" Field Spell Card from your Deck with a different name.

PE: Each time a "Trickstar" monster activates its effect, inflict 200 damage to your opponent. 

ME: When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Trickstar" monster from your GY. You can only use this effect of "Trickstar Higanbana" once per turn. If a card(s) is sent to your opponent's GY: Inflict 100 damage to them for each card.

 

Now aren't we glad Grass is banned right now...
