You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or Deck) by banishing 2 Counter Trap Cards from your GY while "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field. If this card is in your GY while "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 Fairy monster; Special Summon this card. You can only Special Summon "Altiel, Keeper of the Sanctuary" once per turn. Each time a Counter Trap Card you activated by paying LP, discarding cards, or Tributing monsters resolves, apply 1 of the following effects.

● Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

● Discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.

● Send 1 monster your opponent controls to the GY.

While "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field, you can activate Counter Trap Cards from your hand in the same column as this card during either player's turn. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 other monster in your Main Monster Zone (Quick Effect); move this card from the Extra Monster Zone or your Main Monster Zone to the zone that Tributed monster was in. Each time a Spell/Trap Card or a monster's effect is negated, discard the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck.

 

 

 

​I just did these because I was bored. The Boss, Altiel can be Special Summoned from the hand or Deck by a condition or from the GY by its own activated effect but you will need The Sanctuary in the Sky on the field to do either. Its other effect is basically the reverse of Guiding Ariadne (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Guiding_Ariadne), instead of preventing you from paying LP or discarding for cost, you can make your opponent suffer for whatever cost you paid including if you Tributed any monsters. The second monster is a Synchro Tuner that can move itself on your board, which is important to its effect that allows you to ACTIVATE COUNTER TRAPS FROM YOUR HAND. Oh, and just to be a troll, each time any Spell/Trap Card or effect or a monster's effect is negated, you can mill the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck so unless they have a Deck that likes being in the GY you will absolutely handicap them as well as shut them down. The idea here is to make Counter Fairies more aggressive, with both of these cards giving you the chance to not only stop whatever it is they want to do, you can also punish them just for trying.
