It starts out in a small city in the Far East, so secretive of a battle it was fought without its inhabitants knowing what was going on. That battled was the fuel for the ritual that brought forth the Holy Grail.The Holy Grail is a miraculous and omnipotent wish-granting miracle that appeared every fifty to ten years.Now, a new War has begunthis time in its largest variation yet.Will your wish come true?Or will you grant me mine, Master? [spoiler=Setting]Recently, grails have been appearing more and more frequently in closer proximity, and now for the first time multiple grails have beckons mages and non mages alike at the same time, calling them all to Anchor Bay, a vibrant city flowing with magical properties. Since the beckoning more and more people have alos been disappearing. Leading mages to believe that someone has already started the War. Who will be your servant and What will you fight for? [spoiler= Rules]Both basic Forum and RP rules apply to this, as this is both a basic and rp thread.Both Nauverse and created servants will be acceptedDamage for each attack will be calculated via the FGO Calculator (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vPlppHj0fsLrl4Gr-yFo5oWOe4AuWG3oPgIrzbSrnQ8/edit#gid=721915311) the type of your attack will depend upon a RNG of 1-10.All servant classes have different requirements for the likely hood of each type of attack (Arts, Buster, Quick, Noble Phantasm)When a Servant attacks a Master directly an x.5 (subject to changed if we think this is too weak or strong) damage increase will be added.If you are joining this try and stay active. Generally you'll be given a week to post, and if you don't post in that time frame I will move on or have things happen without you. If you don't post enough I will eject you from the RP. There will be 2 spots for each class openMagic for masters must have some kind of draw backAll Skills/Abilities for servants will directly affect stats, you can see the available skills for servants here Active skills- (http://fategrandorder.wikia.com/wiki/Active_Skills) and Passive Skills- (http://fategrandorder.wikia.com/wiki/Passive_Skills)Each servant will can have up to 3 skills, but will only have access to 1 skill at the start.There will be a running count of posts for each member to aid usNote that you can “store” up posts meaning if you reach the amount of posts needed to use your NP and you decided not to use it or given the situation you are in you can save and exceed the required amount to help store charge.In order to use the Noble phantasm more than once within the same battle your reserve posts must still meet the NP post requirement.Noble Phantasms cannot be used within 5 posts of each use <-subject to change based on functionality).Noble phantasms Will take time to charge up a each letter grade will have a certain post requirement before you can use your Noble phantasm in a battleThe total amount of Roster spots is 28 (14 servants & 14 masters); I will pilot any unclaimed spots in order to move the story along.I reserve the right to add more rules depending upon if it becomes necessary [spoiler=Stats]To start out all stat ratings for either your Servant or Master must be under a 2.75 and a 2.35 (you can choose which requirement applies to which character). The Grading scale for stats will be the following scale across 5 stats.A+: 4.0(100-95) A: 3.7(94-90) B+: 3.3(89-86) B: 3.0(85-83) B-: 2.7(82-80) C+: 2.3(79-76) C: 2.0(75-73) C-: 1.7(72-70)D+: 1.3(69-66) D: 1.0(65-63) D-: .7(62-60) F: 0 (59>) The 5 stats that each Servant/Master have are· Strength: How strong your Servant/Master is physicallyo Remember all Servants get an x.5 damage increase when attacking Masters and Masters will receive a /. 5 damage decrease.· Endurance: How well your Servant/Master can receive damage (Your Health)· Agility: How fast your servant can move (effects post requirement)· Mana: How well you can defend and attack with magic (Arts Attacks)· NP/Strongest spell: how strong your Noble Phantasm/ Strongest Spell isTypes of Attacks:Arts: Mana based attacksBuster: Strength based AttacksQuick: Attacks that gain 1+posts for NP requirement [spoiler=Servants]There are 7 servant classes: Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, Caster, Assassin, and Berserker All servants have their strengths and weaknesses; this is still the case for this RP.The following list shows how you distribute your stats for each servant · Saber- Balanced in all areas no one area can be extremely high (2+ grades higher than other stats to begin with)· Archer- Highly skilled at long ranged attacks but lacks in close combat (Endurance cannot exceed C+ to begin with)· Lancer- skilled in medium ranged quick strikes can also attack from some distance if lance can be thrown (must have a minimum of C+ in agility)· Rider- weaker comparably to the 3 traditional knight classes and with magic, they make up for it with Strong Noble Phantasms. (NP starts out with a minimum grade of B and 2nd lowest post requirement but Strength & Mana cannot exceed C+)· Caster- Weakest servant physically, they make up for it in magical resistance (Strength cannot exceed C- to begin with and Mana must be a minimum of B)· Assassin- known for being the swiftest of all the servants but not being the strongest physically (Agility minimum is B to begin with and cannot exceed C- for endurance Lowest Post requirement but maximum of C+ rating for NP)· Berserker- Known as the strongest class physically due to their mad enhancement. Just getting 14 apps is a challenge for most RPs, let alone those with as small an interested group as Fate/ has on this site. 28 is all but unheard of for anything but the most ridiculously big RPs, and Fate/ just does not have enough of a following here to get that many responses. Just getting 14 apps is a challenge for most RPs, let alone those with as small an interested group as Fate/ has on this site. 28 is all but unheard of for anything but the most ridiculously big RPs, and Fate/ just does not have enough of a following here to get that many responses. the 14(possibly 28) are just so that there could be as many people as possible, once theres enough people i might trim it down from Apocrypha to just a Strange/Fake.
