This card can only be activated if you control no monsters and the difference between your LP and your opponent's LP is 3000 or more. Banish face-down "Necromon" monsters from your field, hand, deck, and/or graveyard, then Ritual Summon 1 "Necromagi" Ritual monster from your hand, deck, or graveyard whose Level exactly equals the Levels of those monsters.
