Ninjask Is Bae
[spoiler=Main Deck Monster]Elemental Toon Neoslevel 7 l LIGHT l Effect l Toon l Warrior2500 ATK/ 2000 DEFCannot attack the turn it is summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. If this card is summoned, you can add 1 "Toon Fusion" from your deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can send 1 "Toon" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; this card's name becomes the sent monster's until the End Phace. Yes, I am proud of that name. [spoiler=Fusion Spell]Toon FusionNormal SpellFusion Summon 1 Toon Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Materials. This Fusion Summon cannot be negated and your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to this Fusion Summon. This card's effect cannot be negated. Polly for Toons. [spoiler=Fusion Monsters][spoiler=Blue-Eyes Toon Burst Dragon]Blue-Eyes Toon Burst Dragonlevel 10 l LIGHT l Effect l Toon l Fusion l Dragon"Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" + "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon"Must first be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot attack the turn it is summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. This card can make up to 2 attacks per battle phace. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent you can tribute this card to special summon 1 "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" from your graveyard, if you do, it can attack the turn it was special summoned.3000 ATK/ 2500 DEF Based on "Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon". Also pretty proud of this name. This is the most anime card ever. "NEXT TURN IT WILL ATTACK ME TWICE AND SUMMON BLUE-EYES TO OTK ME I HAVE TO OUT IT NOOOOOOW!", que draw into "Raigeki". Difference from the original is that it doesn't banish monsters it battles, but it can summon "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" fo' dat sweet sweet OTK.[spoiler=Chymeratech Toon Dragon]Chymeratech Toon Dragonlevel 8 l DARK l Effect l Toon l Fusion l Machine"Toon Cyber Dragon" + 1 or more Toon monstersCannot be special summoned unless you control "Toon World". Cannot attack the turn it is summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. When this card is Fusion Summoned: send all other cards you control to the graveyard, except "Toon World". The original ATK and DEF of this card are equal to the number of Fusion Materials used for this card's Fusion Summon. This card can attack equal to the amount of Fusion Materials used for this card's Fusion Summon. ? ATK/ ? DEF Based on "Chymeratech Overdragon". Like the original, it blows up all yo' stuff, different however in the fact that this one doesn't blow up "Toon World". Also it can attack as many times as it has Fusion Materials instead of attack monsters, because attacking directly is kind of the whole thing with Toons. Drawback on this card is that it relies on "Toon World" and it's the slowest OTK tool in existance.[spoiler=Toon Dark Paladin]Toon Dark Paladinlevel 8 l DARK l Effect l Toon l Fusion l Spellcaster"Toon Dark Magician" + "Toon Buster Blader"Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be special summoned by other ways. Cannot attack the turn it is summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. During either player's turn: if a Spell or Trap card is activated, you can discard 1 "Toon" card from your hand; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. This card gains 500 ATK for each Dragon-type monster on the field or in either player's graveyard.2800 ATK/ 2400 DEF Based on "Dark Paladin". Has a harder to pull of Fusion Summon because Toons aren't as searchable and has to discard toons to negate. But can negate Traps as a compensation.[spoiler=Toon Gatling Dragon]Toon Gatling Dragonlevel 8 l DARK l Effect l Toon l Fusion l Machine"Toon Barrel Dragon" + 1 or more Toon monstersMust be Fusion Summoned and cannot be summoned by other ways. Cannot attack the turn it is summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. Once per turn: you as many coins as the amount of Fusion Materials used for this card's Fusion Summon, then destroy cards up to the amount of Heads.2600 ATK/ 1200 DEF Based on "Gatling Dragon". Easier to Fusion than the original but it's amount of coin flips isn't set like the original. As a compensation it can target Spell/Traps.[spoiler=Toon Skull Dragon]Toon Skull Dragonlevel 9 l DARK l Effect l Toon l Fusion l Dragon"Toon Summoned Skull" + "Red-Eyes Toon Dragon"(This card is always treated as an "Archfiend" card)Cannot attack the turn it is summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Toon monster from your graveyard, ignoring its summoning conditions. This card cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect.3200 ATK/ 2500 Based on "B. Skull Dragon". Gave it a special from grave effect to regain some of the minus you get by making this thing. [spoiler=Ultimate Toon Ancient Gear Golem]Ultimate Toon Ancient Gear Golemlevel 10 l EARTH l Effect l Toon l Fusion l Machine"Toon Ancient Gear Golem" + 2 Toon monstersThis card cannot be special summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card cannot attack the turn it was summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. If this card attacks your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap cards until the end of the Damage Step. If this card is destroyed you can special summon 1 "Toon Ancient Gear Golem" from your graveyard, ignoring the summoning conditions.4400 ATK/ 3400 DEF Just a Toon version of Ultimate Ancient Gear

Tinkerer
Man, if Red-Eyes fusion didn't restrict summoning for the turn, Toon Skull Dragon would be a staple in all Toon decks just because it would have been a +1 just for summoning it and it'd be able to bring out Red-Eyes Toon Dragon which itself can call out another toon... As for the Neos card, as clever as the name is, I think because it's TOON instead of Toon, it is unable to be searched by Toon Table of Contents. I dunno if that was intentional, but it is kinda worse off for it, I think. The only other thing I noticed was Chymeratech. You didn't specify how much ATK/DEF it gains (as it says now, you fusion w/ 3 monsters and it'll have 3 ATK/DEF.) There really isn't much else to say about these tbh. All of them are pretty strictly toon versions with not a ton to differentiate themselves from the originals.
