First: Where can i post my card Ideas? and Second: Can i use spanish or just english? To answer your question, this is purely an English only forum but you can PM Sakura who is a mod here to help you as he speaks Spanish apparently. You can post your card ideas in the Custom Cards forum, but make sure you follow the rules before you do so. I'm no expert though. My forte instead is Role playing, I tend to hang around there a lot, around the General and Misc forums. If you also have any questions about the former or hang out, do let me know. We're looking forward to having you on board. Now, as always, respect the staff and Legendaries and follow all rules in each forum. You're here forever, so I hope you enjoy your stay. Octosquid Posted August 6, 2017 Report Share Posted August 6, 2017 Hi! ^.^Welcome to YCM! You can post your cards in the Custom Cards section, in either Casual Card Design or Advanced Card Design. Remember to read the rules of each section though. Advanced is for cards that are designed for the current metagame, Casual is more relaxed in their requirements, so you should probably start there. Also, if you post an archetype or a group of cards, put them in the Multiples subforums. I think you have to have an english translation of your cards when you post. There is a thread called Planning Thread for Card Ideas if you specifically wanted to just put ideas, but it's kind of dead. I do know Spanish, but if you want specifics on the rules, I'd suggest Sakura Haruno instead. For Custom Cards at least, if I recall, you are to use English. Only grammatical error I noticed is lack of capitalization, but otherwise, your grammar seems fine. And most importantly: Do read the rules (not just the general forum rules; even the ones of the sections you go to, as they can differ) Welcome to Yugioh Card Maker. Enjoy your stay. Already noted above, but the Custom Cards forum below this one is where you can go. Casual is as it says on the box; not really metagame quality, but somewhere to post ideas. Please make sure you think the stuff through though; even though it's tamer than Advanced, you still need good design. Advanced is mostly for the metagame (i.e. What can survive in Zoo/True King format, etc; I guess Magibullets now?) and better design. It's probably best for you to stick in Casual for a while until you're ready. 2. You are permitted to write cards in your native language, but needs to have a decent translation in English.Google Translate if you have to. See parenthesized stuff; I do speak Spanish to an extent, though I have been off of it for a while (as in not actively using it due to lack of instances; mostly English and very limited Japanese due to where I live in the US and my job dealing with tourists) =====If you need help around, feel free to ask me or one of the other moderators. Otherwise, if you need help translating stuff, feel free to PM Darj or Sleepy; both are from Mexico and speak much better Spanish than I do (for obvious reasons).
