In b4 North Korea nukes us, a Fusion Monster a lot of you wanted Konami to make for a while during ARC-V. Yes, this card needs Crystal Rose for its Fusion Summon and I know its a bad card, but it made sense for this card's aesthetic design and that I based it on the Premier Rose Diamond https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premier_Rose_Diamond
 
Rather than his card be a straight-up Gem-Knight, it has an Archetype condition that allows it to be one so you can use Brilliant Fusion to Summon her, but I wouldn't. Her materials list isn't that complex or hard to do but if you Fusion Summon her using Fusion Monsters as materials, she can not only drop the ATK of your opponent's monsters to 0, but also she gains ATK equal to HALF THE TOTAL ATK lost this way by those opponent's monsters and if done correctly, this might end up in an OTK. If she finds herself in the GY or being banished (because Gem-Knights have a fetish for that) and if you Special Summon her from either of those places, just cut the ATK of all other monsters on the field (yours included except herself) in half, but only once that turn. This card is meant to give advantage for battles by making your opponent's monsters lose ATK and I made it that way so that Melodious monsters and Gem-Knight monsters have a chance against Link Monsters, but be careful its second effect can hurt your other monsters. The best Deck for this would have to be a very Fusion-centric Deck based around Crystal Rose and Gem-Knight Fusion.

If this card is Special Summoned from your GY or among your banished cards: You can halve the ATK of as many other monsters on the field as possible. You can only use this effect of "Premier Rosetta the Melodious Gem-Diva" once per turn.
