Cannot be Special Summoned. Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). If Tribute Summoning this card, you can treat 1 Tribute Summoned monster as 2 Tributes. If this card is Tribute Summoned: You can destroy up to 3 cards (on the field or from either hand, but at random from your opponent's hand), and if you do, if you destroyed exactly 3 cards your opponent owns this way; add from your Deck to your hand, 1 monster with 2400/2800 ATK and 1000 DEF or 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

Its like if Obelisk the Tormentor and Kuraz the Light Monarch made sweet love and this is the love child. This card is a Nomi evolution of Kuraz that requires 3 Tributes (also cannot be Normal Set because why would you do that in a Monarch Deck), however much like the Mega Monarchs, you can use 1 Tribute Summoned monster as 2 Tributes. The Tribute Summon effect let's you destroy cards on the field AND in either hand, but at random in your opponent's hand, and if you feel like destroying exactly 3 of your opponent's cards, you can toolbox a monster with the same ATK and DEF as any Monarch monster including another copy of this card or any Monarch Spell/Trap, although like Kuraz you won't be able to attack with this card or any other as you cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you use the effect. This card was designed to be a generic boss for Tribute Summon Decks (obviously Monarchs, Qilforts, if you're clinically insane then Steelswarm) and to be an overall bigger version of Kuraz, minus any change to the ATK and DEF as that is a part of the Monarch series. Any Deck that can consistently pump out Tribute Summoned monsters (preferably Level 5 or 6 monsters) will do very well with at least 1 of this card as it can take out a big chunk of the field or any hand with the possibility of clearing them, and can potentially toolbox a Monarch card (monster or Spell/Trap), for those reasons it can provide early or late game advantage making it very versatile and deadly to go up against.
